Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Two quiet and bright rooms in Nice West

Two-room apartment, 30 m2, quiet, bright, unobstructed view, 4th floor without elevator, traditional Niçoise building, 5-minute walk to the sea and bus and tram stops, many shops within walking distance. Apartment directly next to that of the owner, it corresponds to a part made independent. Check-in is set at 7pm-11pm for security reasons, keys can most often be handed over well before 7pm, let us know the desired check-in time to see if it is possible.

By the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the the old town , train station and the Airport, the apartment is comfy, renovated whith tadte and fully equiped. Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. The businesses are at the bottom of the building, bakery, tobacco, supermarket, post-office and self-service bike station.

You will be right on the water on the most famous avenue of the Riviera, the Promenade des Anglais. We are also close to the city center but also to the airport. The tram behind the building will take you to the airport in 10 minutes and to the city center in 5 minutes. You'll love my place for its stunning sea views. Our apartment was fully new renovated and redecorated in 2017, further renovations in 2023 and 2024 (p.e. new windows). It is located on the "Prom. d. Angl." and the beach is 20 m away. 15 m walk to the city center and 10 min to the train station and the airport (bus. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stylish, but cosy livingroom with an open kitchen. Additionally it has a garden. It has a marvelous view to the ocean!

Nice rare large terrace sea view air conditioning

This is a beautiful apartment! It is clean, comfortable, well appointed and incredibly enjoyable. Sandra is helpful and responsive. The stunning view of the sea is out of every window. You see the sunrise from the shower and the sunset from the primary bedroom. The huge terrace is perfect for meals and relaxing. The kitchen is very functional. There is a washer/dryer combo. The building is in a gated complex so very safe. The neighborhood is a short tram ride from the center of the city and old Nice and a 15 minute walk from the seaside Prom des Anglais. Happily recommend.

We loved our stay here. The view from the large balcony was beautiful. The place was very clean and looked better than in the pictures. Very close to the tram for quick and easy transportation around town. It was our second year renting an Airbnb from David and his team and we were very pleased both years.

What a wonderful 5 days we spent at Salvatore's apartment!!! The apartment is on the 4th floor but thankfully has an elevator which was a godsend for luggage & popping back and forth during the day. The apartment is spacious & airy with 3 balcony doors benefitting from all day long sunshine. Of course the real star is the balcony providing a 180 view of Promenade and sea. Enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of Rosé on balcony whilst watching the world go by was amazing. Modern furniture & soft furnishings throughout. Keys are picked up at a local agency shop. There was no talk of an earlier check in or ability to leave luggage (having arrived on an early morning flight) but this wasn't too much of a hassle for us.. Great location for Cours Saleya daily market ad well as hustle/bustle of the cobbler streets of the old town. We would highly recommend exploring restaurants/ bars just a little bit further away from Cours Salaya which is always jammed with tourists.

Where do I begin, the whole place was amazing and we will be back again! It is now my new favourite place to stay. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants. There’s also a train station near by to travel through the towns if you are moving about. The boho decor was to die for I loved everhthing. The host was very responsive to all our questions even the silly ones ha. I HIGHLY recommend to stay, you won’t regret it :)

Breathtaking panoramic view of Nice!

The apartment was more like staying at a luxury hotel with a spectacular view, than an Airbnb. I didn't make use of the cute kitchen, except for tea and coffee, but there are pots, pans and dishware for those dining in and a large dining room table. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the fan. I think an extra fan or two would be a good idea for July and August. I was there in early June, so it was fine. It was just me, because my friend couldn't stay, so it was more room than I needed. I think it's a great set up for a couple or several friends traveling together, or a family of four, if the kids are a little older. The Carras tram stop is at the bottom of the hill and is the best way to get into town. I walked the Promenade des Anglais the first day to and from the center of Nice and wore myself out. The tram is a better way to get around. The Carrefour City around the corner is a convenient way to stock up on food and drinks. Did I mention the million dollar view?
