Excellent host. She is helpful, friendly and was available to assist with all our questions even after our départure. Her apartment is stylishly decorated with many extras that made our short stay even more memorable. The view was breathtaking! Highly recommended

Veronique was a wonderful host. The location of the apartment and amenities made for a trip to Nice we will never forget. On top of it all, she was an incredibly accommodating and kind. I would absolutely recommend her home to anyone interested in travelling to the area.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Valérie was a very good host! She has prepared maps, towels and basket for the beach. The garden was beautiful and the rooms were comfy. It's a little tiring to walk up the hill to the house every day though. Anyway, we had great time there! Merci!

Dominique was very accommodating, assisting us with early check in and instructions regarding the trains and light rail. The view over the Mediterranean was the stand out, exceptional. It was very easy to get to the old town. Great stay.

This place is perfectly magical and Melina is a brilliant host. Thoughtful details and carefully curated surroundings in the perfect location for a walkable city make this the best place in town. A perfect couple of days and a wonderful host leave me feeling grateful and joyful.

Incredible apartment. Anyone looking to enjoy Nice and wants to have a quiet, peaceful escape this is the place to stay. The backyard and the hammock was such a treat that was enjoyed each evening. The apartment itself is set up perfectly with a comfortable bedroom with its own air conditioner and then a great set ip outside with the kitchen and living room with its own air conditioner. Viran was a great host with very clear instructions and responsive to questions. I would recommend Viran’s place in a heartbeat and on my next return trip to Nice will seek out his place to stay again.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Our experience with Khadija's rental exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb itself was adorable and I couldn't get over with how many useful items it included. There were spices and other cooking items to use at our leisure as well as games to play under the TV. The unit also included two TVs and access to Netflix which was great for unwinding at night before bed. The patio was a very nice feature and all the furniture was comfortable. My partner and I actually both slept the best we have in a long time on the bed there! This was our first of 3 Airbnb's during our vacation in France and now that we're back home I can say that this was the only Airbnb that we truly enjoyed. It was comfiest, quietest, cleanest, and had the most amenities. The only downside was the location. We found that there was not good food and not much to do in the area so we had to take transit in order to do anything we had planned for and to eat. Other than that it was an amazing experience!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Your apartment is more beautiful than the photos and such a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Everything was perfect! Communication was excellent, very helpful. The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Would definitely recommend to stay at Joyce’s apartment, you will not want to leave! Thank you Joyce, we hope to come back again.

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

John's apartment was the perfect base for a week in the riviera with a young child. We ate breakfast and dinner on the terrace each day, taking advantage of the beautiful view, and finished most days with a dip in the pool. The bus stop outside was ideal for trips to Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu and Monaco, while a short walk past the port took us to the train station for Antibes and Cannes. The apartment was well-appointed, and John was very helpful in coordinating retrieval of a toy our son had dropped onto the balcony below. Alex, the agent, was also on hand to provide local travel advice. One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - thanks!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cagnes-sur-Mer and would certainly recommend this apartment to others. The check-in when we arrived was helped by Michael, who waited to meet with us after our evening flight to show us the facilities of the accommodation. This made it a lot easier for us. The apartment itself was in a fantastic location and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool was a nice addition and we took full advantage of it during the nice weather! The room was clean, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the balcony was a lovely space to relax in. The TV and WiFi were also very reliable. Despite the bed being comfortable, it did make a squeaking noise whenever we moved in it. Also, the curtains still allowed the light to enter the room after sunrise - so I would suggest bringing an eye mask if you think this would be an issue for you. Overall, we were more than happy with our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very nice apartment, quality furnishings etc and can tell it has been refurbed to a high standard. Great view of Nice. Private parking. We had a Peugeot 408 hire car which fit no problem. Communal Pool is fantastic.

Excellent host and place to stay in Nice! The place is very cozy and got what you need if you are out for a shot vacation in group. Location is a bit far away from the city centre but is beside the highway which is easy to get an uber.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

This is our first time in Nice, because the plane was delayed for four or five hours in Nice, Sandrine has been patiently waiting for us, it was already dark and she stood at the intersection waiting for us for a long time, patiently and enthusiastically telling us about the room facilities and use, and a very convenient private garage, next time we come to Nice we will come here again, and also recommend it to other friends who come to Nice!
