The location is incredible — you truly can’t beat the proximity to the beach, dog beach, and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all within walking distance. The unit itself was the perfect space for a quick weekend getaway and had all the amenities we needed. We didn’t use the community space or hot tub, but they looked clean and well-maintained. One heads-up: if you're parking a mid-size or larger vehicle in the garage, be prepared for a very tight fit. The garage is located around the corner in an alley, and some cars turn in blindly, which could be a bit risky — so just use extra caution. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we’d definitely book again!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Such an amazing place! My husband and I have been meeting up with our friends for 6 years now and this is the first time a kid has joined us. My son loved the beach and it was so nice to be so close and to have our own space but to also be able to walk to restaurants and things around. Kiran was so kind and was able to answer any questions we had very quick. We’ve already talked about going again!!

Great location on Mission Beach. Emmy's book of local suggestions was great for finding good food in the area. Centrally located to all different San Diego attractions which was great. Loved the beach being right outside the door as well as the ability to walk all around Mission Beach. My family and I even walked to Pacific beach. Emmy was wonderful with checking in on my family. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! The host, Doug, is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and spacious, with a great view, great location, tons of empty drawers, shelves, cabinets to unpack everything you want. Use of half a secured garage was key for us as we had very expensive race bikes to work on and store while not riding/training/racing. If you're a casual cyclist there are 4 recreational bikes in the garage for guest use. And boogey boards. Plus a separate covered parking space. And it's reasonably priced. Nothing negative to say about this home. Thank you, Doug!

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

We loved the location and proximity to the beach! The home was beautifully designed and spacious. Our family enjoyed grilling out on the back patio as well sitting in the front lawn enjoying our morning coffee.

Amazing stay at ocean front with wonderful, long walkable sandy, clean beach bellow. The location is amazing, short drive to variety of restaurants. Having well equipped kitchen in this spacious, comfortable condo was wonderful. We loved to watch sunset, relaxed and comfy on the private porch. The owner was very responsive and helpful, addressing all of our needs. It was a memorable stay and we are looking forward to be back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beach bungalow in Del Mar! The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and local amenities. The bungalow itself was immaculately clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a wedding. Even though we spent little time at the apartment, it was very accommodating and well appointed for our trip. Love that area so much. We loved being able to take walks to the beach, parks and dining. Gina was great! Very responsive and accommodating.

Natalie's place was the perfect home base for our family of five: two adults and three kids (ages 9, 7, and 4) to explore San Diego over nine days. The location is centrally situated near many attractions for both adults and kids. We loved visiting La Jolla to see the seals, hiking at Torrey Pines, grabbing dinner in Encinitas, and enjoying a fun itinerary that included Legoland, SeaWorld, the Zoo, and Safari Park. After each day of adventures, we returned to a pristine home with an incredible ocean view just outside. Natalie was generous and highly responsive. She graciously offered an early check-in and check-out to accommodate our flight schedules, which was especially helpful when our departure flight was delayed. Her home was comfortable and well suited for our family. Natalie’s quick responses to a few questions during our stay made the experience seamless. We had a wonderful time, felt at home, and would wholeheartedly recommend her place to others visiting San Diego!

The host communicated well with us and got us where we needed to be going. their response time was amazing, we appreciate that. We will come back again next time we are visiting my dad. Great place to stay

There are wonderful extras in the condo, such as surf boards, skate board, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and more!! Everything you could need is provided!! Amazing location and amenities! Would definitely recommend! Wonderful unit and hosts!! 10/10

The location of this unit is fantastic. The view is spectacular. Coastline for miles. Such a treat to watch the surfers and dolphins play all day. It’s quiet and private. Secure parking close to unit. Furnishings a little dated but we enjoyed chilling out in the lazy boy recliners. Actually slept there a couple nights just to listen to the ocean. Highly recommend this unit if your looking for a relaxing weekend. Team at Stubbs super helpful and accessible at all times.

From the first day we felt like at home and we wished we will never have to leave. Having a private access with shower to the Solana beach was just awesome for everyday surfing. The condo contains everything you will ever need, including not one but two coffee makers!

Fred was an excellent host with honesty, kindness and grace. The beauty of the place, the view, the location, the quiet, the landscaping, the cleanliness, the comfort, the spaciousness was remarkable every day.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. the kitchen was fully stocked, and even had a plug in tea maker which was a nice treat, since I dont drink coffee. For the coffee drinkers, don't worry there was a coffee pot! The place was close to the beach and all the restaurants on the main street. The apartment was on the bottom floor, so you could hear the people walking upstairs...but I am a super light sleeper and hear everything. my son, didn't hear a thing. it was a lovely place and the host was very responsive. we would come back again!
