Ellen's cabin is delightful. Hidden in the forest with spectacular views of Breimsvatnet. Very cozy little place with everything you may need to cook yourself a nice meal and spend a comfortable evening/night. Besides, Ellen walks with us all the way up to the cabin (not that easy to find) and was very friendly and kind to us. We would definitely go back there. I strongly recommend it!

Amazing place to stay, would highly recommend!!

Our stay at The Opera Farm was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful! We came to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we had the best time seeing the lovely views, hiking near by and going out in the paddle boat on the lake. The house was cozy and quaint and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook while we were there. We decided to eat two of our meals at the hotel on the mountain above our house that is owned by the farm and it was the most amazing dinner and breakfast I have ever had! The chefs were fantastic and the food was unique and so flavorful in every way! Everything was perfectly cooked! The view from the hotel restaurant is breathtaking. I highly recommend anyone who stays in this house to at least eat one meal at the hotel. Everyone we encountered from the beginning to end was so kind and helpful to us. We would definitely love to go back and stay here again sometime in the future!
