It is exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of close proximity to nature. On the edge of a jøl, created by the river its millennial striving to reach the fjord, the cabin hovers partly in the terrain. Lying all by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking cultural landscapes and rural areas, this is a perfect city for both relaxation and activity.

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. The cottage is a perfect starting point for summit hikes summer and winter in beautiful Rauma with its majestic mountains. Short way to beautiful Skorgedalen with ski lifts trails in the winter.

Modern cabin w/ spectacular sea view / evening sun

Modern cabin with spectacular view of the fjord and sea. Sunshine (if lucky) until 10:30 pm in the summer. Big terrace with a gas grill for eating out. Distance to Molde centre 10-12 minutes by car. We have a small boat w/10 HP engine in the nearby Marina Saltrøa, around 5 minutes walk from the cabin, which can be used for free if the weather conditions are good enough. Just pay for the gasolin. Fishing gear at your disposal at the cabin.
