We felt very comfortable in Roger's house and had a very good time in Sortland. Communication with Roger was straightforward and fast. Likewise the check-in. The house is not sterile. You can tell that a family spends time here and wants to have a nice time. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beds were perfectly sufficient for us. The stairs are steep, but doable. We were lucky and had a great night with lots of northern lights. The environment is very suitable for this. You can escape disturbing light sources.

We felt very comfortable. The house offers plenty of space and a wonderful view of the fjord and the mountains. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the terrace because it rained too much, but it is another highlight.

Great house at a very nice place. The house has everything you need and is very spacious. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a central place at Vesteralen.
