Monthly Rentals in Koshu

We had a great time and a very special experience in this beautiful example of japanese traditional architecture.

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night. I visited Yamanashi for the purpose of "relaxing surrounded by nature", but it was a nicer inn than I imagined. All the furniture and appliances were new and fashionable, and I was happy just being in the room! Unfortunately, the weather was not good enough to see Mt. Fuji, but the rain made the natural greenery deeper and calmed my mind. It was so nice to be able to relax with friends in an extraordinary space that I didn't want to go home! I'd love to stay there again!Thank you!

Our group of six really enjoyed our stay at Junko's place. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you might need. The futons are thick, firm, and comfortable (no back pain at all), and we all slept well. The dining area is also a great spot to hang out and chat. There’s a lovely local bakery about 10 minutes away on foot that opens early and has delicious pastries. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend Junko’s place to anyone visiting Kofu.

It was a nicer home than I imagined! It was quite spacious, and although 3 of us stayed, we were able to relax well. Also, the two hosts were very polite, and I was grateful. All the facilities are very beautiful, and I want to stay again☀️ Sakura-chan was also very cute🐕
