Monthly Rentals in Kochville Township

Fantastic location if you have an event at the dow. It was just a short walk - on main roads with sidewalks and cross walks, very safe feeling. We were only there for one night, but we didnt hear any noise in the loft from outside. We didnt use a ton of things in the place but what we did was clean and in good shape. The loft is decorated in a cozy manner, linens and bed were in great shape and comfortable. The couch is one of those perfectly worn in oversized leather ones - very tempting to fall asleep on. Having a private parking spot right outside our door was very nice. We didnt get to use the balcony during our stay, but it looked like the perfect place for a morning coffee. The hosts provided every detail we could possibly need, and we're very thorough with check in instructions. would absolutely stay again if we were going to the dow!

The home is adorable and had everything we needed. The location was central for what we were doing so it worked out perfectly. The bathroom door knob is a little tricky to open once inside but we figured it out.

Would reccomend staying here if you're a student doing rotations at any nearby hospitals! The location is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away from Covenant in a safe neighborhood. Josie greeted me at check in and toured the apartment with me. It had almost all of the amenities you need for a long term stay, which made moving in and out super easy. She was always accecssible via text, but I had a pleasant stay without any issues!
