Holiday rentals with a patio in Knox County

Adam is a wonderful host! He is friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive. When I notified him that the washer had an issue he immediately responded and had it replaced with a new one in no time. He also knows the area well and gave great recommendations for local eateries and for fall festivities. The apartment itself was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the kitchen tools needed and with quality, essential supplies. I had everything I needed for my 2-month stay there. I would definitely stay again!!!

If you’re in Columbus and looking for a great staycation spot, this is perfect! The area was incredibly cozy and we loved using the outdoor area as a place to relax and breathe. The space interior was so delightful too and full of character and charm! This is also just far enough out of Columbus proper to feel like you’re away from the loud hustle and bustle, but also close enough that you still have local places to visit and check out. :) Would highly recommend and stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay! The house was super cute and cozy—I truly felt right at home. The decor and layout were so thoughtfully done; everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and full of charm. I even snapped a few photos to use as inspiration for my own space! Melinda is an outstanding host—responsive, kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into creating a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay.

Harman was a good and communicative host, always quick to respond and helpful throughout my visit. The space was nice and clean, with stylish decor that made it feel both modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Alezah’s apartment is just amazing. The family loved and so far is the best place I’ve been in Columbus area. Cozy, great neighborhood. Definitely is gonna be the place I will always look for on my next trips to Columbus

Perfect little place and the fenced backyard was great for our 8 month old dog to burn some energy! Out in the country but still close enough to everything we needed. Terri was a great host and was very responsive. We even had a dozen of eggs in the refrigerator for us! 10/10!!

This was our second time staying here. Would definitely come back. Easy to find and close to supermarkets and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was worried about it being an apartment and not having much privacy but it felt very private. The beds were VERY comfortable and that’s always a gamble when staying somewhere. Very clean. We enjoyed having drinking water provided as well. We enjoyed being right in town within walking distance to the brickyard. We will definitely stay here again next year for this event if we have the chance to. Highly recommend.

Incredibly nice little house on a beautiful plot of land. David was very responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely stay again when in the area for races.

This historical home was a wonderful place to stay. There was adequate off street parking, comfortable beds, and plenty of appliances for cooking a meal. I loved the family story with the house- you felt like you were visiting your long lost relatives in Ohio. Thanks for the great stay!

Faith was a great host and very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay at the house which was a beautiful setting and great access to the lake. We will definitely return for another trip to this location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Perfect Lakefront Getaway! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful lake house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The views of the lake were breathtaking — waking up to the sunrise reflecting off the water was magical. We spent our days relaxing, grilling on the deck, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Evenings were cozy with the fire pit and stargazing right by the water. The location strikes the perfect balance of being peaceful, but still close enough to local shops and restaurants if you want to explore. Katie was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect lake retreat, this is it.

The cottage was completely as advertised. My classmates remarked that it exceeded their expectations. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in the house and enjoy the reunion with our friends.

The hosts were incredibly helpful, responsive and flexible. The home looks even more lovely in person. Our group of 5 picked out this incredible property one year ago in preparation for our 50th anniversary celebration and reunion of our women’s a capella group. The attention to details in curating a vibrant, spacious, decorative and homie I’ve was beyond perfect. The distance to Kenyon College was great. We each had our own rooms and ample full and half bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals, beverages and snacks “family style” through the day and night. We also spent time by the lake, on the balcony, in the hot tub, and played video games. We relaxed and enjoyed each other’s company throughout your home and property. We hope we will be able to return and stay again for any future reunion events. Thank you so much, Faith & Allan.

We loved staying in Laura’s restored historic home! Everything was as depicted. Great location, well equipped and supplied, clean, cozy and comfortable! Lovingly decorated and maintained. We would definitely want to stay again if we found ourselves in the area!

We made last minute plans, and were so lucky to find this home available for the exact dates we needed lodging. The fun arcade games were entertaining, and the hosts even left us a personalized greeting on the chalkboard! We were super thankful for the carport during the downpour, and loved that the home was just 3 miles from the golf course. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect no Issues at all.

The place was very clean. Kitchen had a bunch of available items for cooking. Towels, paper towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner, etc, were provided as well. A lot of available parking, one spot dedicated to the AirBnB but more undedicated parking around the corner. Definitely getting a lot for the price of the place.
