We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, max 2 pets) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

Welcome to "The Roost", a renovated turkey brooder barn. This is a large, private retreat for 2-14 guests. It provides a unique experience due to the rustic backdrop and modern amenities. The Babble Brook Lodge is a large log home on 11 acres with a stocked pond only minutes from Mohican State Park. The lodge features a large covered porch overlooking the pond, a huge great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft sitting area, laundry room, satellite TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. A two car garage allows renters to park out of the weather.
