Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Knox County

This is a perfect space for us to celebrate one of our Kenyon students with family. There’s seemingly endless bedrooms, and common spaces and kitchen make it perfect for hosting. We didn’t take too much advantage of hikes or nature, but because of the great windows, you could feel the nature all around you! We did have a bonfire and love gathering to eat in the dining room. Excellent decor, and amenities.

We loved our stay at this home! It was perfect for us and our kids, with each of the two levels having a bathroom, bedroom(s) and living area. Everything was new, clean, and very home-like. The master bathroom is amazing! John went above and beyond with accommodating our needs, providing a welcome gift, and making sure all went smoothly. We couldn't have been happier. We will likely stay here again when visiting again.

Had a great stay while playing some golf courses in the area. Plenty of beds and large living rooms! Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Ridge Grove for our daughter’s graduation from Kenyon. This was one of the nicest Airbnb's in which we’ve stayed and we highly recommend it! The home was well appointed and exceptionally clean. It had everything for our large group including coffee for the morning, kitchen appliances for preparing a home cooked meal and many bath amenities. (The popcorn machine was an added bonus.) The location is quiet and peaceful. Some nice features of the home include: a space immediately up entering where we could leave our shoes and bags, laundry machines, outdoor table with sun umbrella and four chairs, lots of tvs and a large round dining table. Sara was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful.

The place and atmosphere was quiet and cozy. we didn't see many people and no one bothered us. I would recommend this home to anyone. The country side was beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable and peaceful place. Loved the cleanliness of the home 🏡 all necessary detergents provided. Clean and modern pots, pans and cups and plates. Bonus was getting to see the Deers and Beavers 🦫 almost every day.

Norman is a great host! He is proactive and responsive. When he came over to feed his sheep and lambs, he took time to talk with us about them and let us pet them. This is a great rural place if you are looking for peace, quiet and the sounds of nature.

This is probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. My sister-in-law and I decided to have a girl’s weekend getaway from husband/fiancé and kids, and Amish Country was our first pick. We found several that caught our eye, but this one stood out. It is a centralized location, looked so pretty and peaceful, and the reviews were great. They were NOT WRONG! We were not disappointed. James was responsive and communicative before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect and check-in was a breeze. The space was cozy, but spacious at the same time, and had plenty of amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be staying here again, every time we come to Holmes County! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, and I know my sister-in-law would as well!

Great little home away from home. My husband and I stayed for two nights as I got to show him my home town. Was peaceful and just what we needed for a relaxing weekend!

The summer kitchen is a beautiful place to stay if you need to relax and unplug from the craziness of life. The coffee bar was amazing. Our host Glenn was easily accessible to answer any of our questions. We absolutely loved our stay!

Terri and Graham were extremely friendly and accommodating hosts. They proactively communicated with us and ensured we had everything we needed. Terri was also so kind as to give us a tour of her property and it is evident how compassionate and knowledgeable she is about farm and livestock care. The apartment itself was adorable, well decorated and equipped and was in a safe and secure location. We would 100% stay at this property again and we thank Graham and Terri for their hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was worried about it being an apartment and not having much privacy but it felt very private. The beds were VERY comfortable and that’s always a gamble when staying somewhere. Very clean. We enjoyed having drinking water provided as well. We enjoyed being right in town within walking distance to the brickyard. We will definitely stay here again next year for this event if we have the chance to. Highly recommend.

Loved my stay here. From the outside nature sounds and views to the quaint interior, this place was just what I needed for my stay. Jimm and Kerry were amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. Whenever I am back in the area, I will definitely return to this gem.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful! Her and Dick were very hospitable. My husband and I traveled from out of state to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. They allowed him and my daughter and her 2 kids to meet there and enjoy their beautiful outside tranquility garden and they even built us a fire in the fire pit. They had popsicles and toys for the kids as well. They went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. I would highly recommend their Airbnb. A very enjoyable stay and some wonderful memories were made!

Our stay was excellent! The place was clean, comfortable, well stocked, decorated nicely and convenient to every place we needed to be. Having some evenings with good weather, we were able to enjoy the firepit. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for a blended family weekend and rafting the Mohican . We had an awesome time. Close enough to rafting trips and also amish country shopping. We wnjoyed tge hot tub and back porch alot playing cards under the bug zapper lol. Would recommend this place for future viaits to the area.

We stayed her for a much needed girls weekend and it was fantastic! There were extra cozy blankets everywhere and black out shades in every window which was wonderful. These hosts are fantastic with clear communication every step of the way! Plenty of space for a large group, very clean, and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely rent again.

We used a long weekend to get away with some extended family. We had an absolute blast! when we encountered a tiny problem, Greg was responsive and helped within an hour. I highly recommend this place for people looking to get away! we had a blast!

We definitely enjoyed the beautiful cabin and grounds, as well as the Pool Table, Slot Machine, Golden Tee Golf Game, Theater Room, Hot Tub, and all the other amenities. The beautiful Peacocks and Cats were also great to see. The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all our guests. Alan and Laura were very responsive to our needs and are great hosts. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and we had a great time.

Beautiful house and the location was perfect in relation to our wedding venue. we're definitely coming back at a later date just to enjoy Mohican. Maybe I'll even bring my horses next time!
