We probably have lost count of how many times we have stayed here with Bryan and Ruth. Every time is special. They are engaging and friendly and have lots of ideas for places to go, things to do, and direct you to the best places to eat. The location is perfect if you want to go to Mohican, Amish Country, Loudonville, Malabar Farm, Shawshank, Mid-Ohio, Canoe Liveries, Hiking trails, Hemlock Falls, and so on. The best part is how Bryan and Ruth are so hospitable and accommodating. From a roaring fire and a homemade morning breakfast is simply the capper to a great stay of comfortable overnight accommodations. We’d give 10 stars if we could!

I had a wonderful time staying with Bryan and Ruth. Their home is welcoming and beautiful. The views are stunning! Their service was attentive. Ruth’s breakfasts were YUMMY! I especially enjoyed the hosts joining us for breakfast and the engaging conversation. I’ll be back!

We felt so welcomed during our stay with Ruth and Bryan. They provided wonderful restaurant recommendations and things to do in the area upon arrival. Delicious breakfast was made every morning. Ruth and Bryan got to know their guests and help build comaraday between us and the other guests staying. Ruth is very responsive via text and accommodating to guest needs. Overall, a very pleasant experience and highly recommend staying here.

Bryan and Ruth were lovely hosts! They met us shortly after parking, recommended places to go nearby, and had homemade breakfast ready each morning. The main spaces are shared with other guests, but everything is kept clean daily. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces were cleaned daily. If you forgot something or needed something, Bryan and Ruth supplied it if possible. I would 100% recommend staying here! Bryan and Ruth were lovely hosts, and the area was beautiful and peaceful.

The Americana Room we stayed in was adorable. So many thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served in beautiful settings. A great find! We would love to stay again if we return to Mansfield.

Hillside Villa was an amazing stay! Was very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Berlin but also very quiet and peaceful. Was also very easy to find. We had the Hillside View Suite and it was an amazing view. Everything was very clean and above expectations. The owners are very responsive with communication. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Love it here. Second time staying at this lovely secluded property. Excellent breakfast. Quiet yet only one block from the Main Street of Roscoe Village!!!!

They were very friendly and it was nice to meet her and her family along with their dogs! They made us feel right at home! The hot tub was amazing and it was close enough to the house we didn't freeze going back inside. They even provided towels for us after using the hot tub. We could tell that it would be even a more beautiful experience in the spring, summer and fall when things are in bloom. And of course fall would have been lovely when the trees leaves change. They were very welcoming of our dog and let her play with their dogs! It was nice and peaceful in our room. Our room was very spacious and the private bathroom was perfect! It got a little warm in our room at night but it happens this time of year because we were upstairs and hot air rises. The view from our windows was great as well. We would come back in the future.

I highly recommend this stay! This property is extremely beautiful. It was so peaceful and private that I could not believe we were just outside the city. It was just a short drive to Delaware, Lewis Center, Dublin, and Columbus.The friendly hosts gave us great local recommendations. The house has many sitting areas to kick back and relax. We especially enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast. I hope to visit again!

Gordon and Simone were such welcoming and gracious hosts! The space was beautiful and breakfast was to die for. So grateful to have been able to stay with them!

David's place was a gem! It was very comfortable and cozy. The food that was set out for breakfast was excellent and we had homemade Amish cinnamon rolls as well. David let us clean our bikes off with his hose. We felt very safe there and we slept very well. Beds were excellent.
