Monthly Rentals in Klapmuts

The apartment is very clean and well managed. I felt safe the whole time. There was an issue with the internet not working, but Chuma was very active about making a plan to sort it out, so I had no problem in the end. The place is in a township, but it is a lively and active community. There are some shops around the apartment and eateries, but I did not have a chance to try them. Driving distance into Stellenbosch was about 10 minutes. Traffic in the morning was a bit bad, and made the commute somewhat longer. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

Heinz’s place is a perfect base to explore the wineries around Paarl, Franschoek and Stellenbosch. Paarl has many excellent restaurants and an abundance of nature trails. We only stayed one night on our way into Cape Town this time but we will be back to enjoy more of what Paarl has to offer! Heinz cottage is spotlessly clean, well thought out and he has thought of everything a guest may need - highly recommend this stunning cottage!

We had the best time at Rozenmeer. The house and garden were amazing and the contact with Laetitia was perfect! Also special thanks to Faith who was helping us with cleaning the house; she is amazing! We are definitely coming back next year.
