Sehr ruhige Lage. Alle Zimmer wurden Anfang 2020 saniert, die Küche und das Bad sind ebenfalls neu. Gesamte Wohnung mit Fussbodenheizung. Wohnung liegt zu Fuß 10 Minuten vom Kaiseraufstieg entfernt. Der Hödnerhof ist ebenfalls nur 15 – 20 Minuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum Kufstein ist zu Fuss innerbalb von 25 - 30 Minuten erreichbar. Eine Fahrradstrecke verläuft direkt vor dem Haus Richtung Innsbruck oder Bayern entlang dem Inn.
