Apartment holiday rentals in Kitzbühel District

Communication with Verena was very good, easy and absolutely uncomplicated from start to finish. We were allowed to enter the apartment much earlier, which was very accommodating for us with 3 children. Even during the 4 days, we always got direct answers to questions. Twice asked, twice helped ad hoc. The location is picturesque, especially the view of the Wilder Kaiser from the balcony has made the everyday stress disappear. The apartment was also absolutely clean and from our impression almost freshly renovated. We felt very comfortable at home and will prefer this apartment again when we return to the region and go on vacation. Many thanks to the hostess who was always there when there were questions

Very nice apartment, great location, right in the center, but also quiet. Apartment is very clean, spacious, comfy beds, kitchen is well equipped to make breakfast or dinner. Hopefully we'll be back!

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

Nicola’s place in Kitzbühel was a well-located and nicely designed home base for our stay. The thoughtfully laid out apartment offered a comfortable environment to relax after exploring the charming town and ski area. The proximity to trains, ski lift, and town made it easy to enjoy everything Kitzbühel and the region has to offer. A special thanks to Romana, the resident manager, for helping us figure out the laundry, coffee maker, and WiFi. Her assistance was appreciated and ensured we were able to settle in without any major issues. Kitzbühel was a beautiful destination, and we enjoyed our time there.

We felt more than comfortable in the accommodation of Nadine and her family. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! We were already greeted with lovely little touches and were consistently treated to very warm hospitality. Nadine was always super accessible and made our stay as relaxing as possible. We would love to come back and can highly recommend the accommodation - the balcony view is also a dream 🌞

Stefan's accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars, everything is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's really nothing missing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. A highlight of the apartment is its own sauna, the tranquility and the privacy. Stefan and Sonja are very likeable, helpful and friendly hosts. We can definitely recommend the accommodations. My family fell in love with skiing in Kitzbuhel, and we would stay 100% at this Airbnb again! The walk to the ski lift was about 15 minutes, which is also the Kitzbuhel Hahnenkamm train station. If coming by train, get off here as it's downhill to the Airbnb. When leaving, go to the Kitzbuhel Bahnhof train so you don't have to walk up the hill! The apartment is above the Schatzi Cafe, where we had a wonderful early dinner one night. You should definitely try the kaiserschmarrn! The apartment is extremely quiet and beautifully decorated; both beds are comfortable. Note that it features a tub (you can take a shower by angling it), and there is no kitchen or microwave. The super nice Andrea will meet you, so plan your time accordingly. You walk into an entryway; the huge bathroom is straight ahead, the bedroom on the right, and the living room on the left. There was a second bathroom right outside the entry door. I highly recommend this place - it's fantastic!

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Bambi!! Tanya is a very nice host and the apartment is really nice, insanely cozy and very quiet. We felt immediately comfortable and will recommend it with complete conviction! This apartment would always be our first choice in Ellmau. It couldn't be better! A heartfelt thank you to Tanya!!!

The apartment was well furnished and as described. Ideal for our ski trip. Hahnenkammbahn can be reached by ski bus or taxi (€25 for a large taxi). Fleckalmbahn is also easily accessible. Would book the apartment again 👍 Communication with Johanna was also flawless

Andrea's apartment is fantastic. We were there to ski, a 10-minute drive to Kaprun and Zell am Zee, 30 minutes to Saalbach. All wonderful ski resorts and nice and varied (with 1 ski pass access). The beds are lovely, the bathroom very spacious, the kitchen super, and a lovely balcony with sun all day. Highly recommended and we would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great place to visit the large ski resort of Wilder Kaiser Brixental from there. The cottage is more spacious than in the pictures, super clean and also the kitchen is equipped with lots of stuff to cook. Highly recommended !

Great location right by the cable car station up the Hahnenkamm. Ten minute walk into central Kitzbühel but far enough out to be very peaceful. Stunning view over the town and towards the Kitzbüheler Horn from the property. The Airbnb itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked as it should. Thorough information pack provided. If we return to Kitzbühel the first thing we will do is check this place’s availability - it’s a gem.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance
