Very nice cottage for a large family, enough retreat space, nice living room for cozy hours together. The sauna in the basement was a highlight of the house. The proximity to the lifts and the well signposted winter hiking trails were important to us.

We were 6 people during our stay. The listing is 100% the same as the images. The villa was clean and nicely set. The location on the federal road is a bit unfortunate but in the villa itself you absolutely do not hear of the noise. On the other hand, everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, you can say we had a great stay. We will be happy to come back.

The house is well furnished for a group of people who know each other. The kitchen is surprisingly well furnished with dishes and amenities. A super oven, fridge, and two dishwashers are well sized for a large group of people.

Perfect and reasonable accommodation, especially for Kitzski wisitors. The host is very friendly and always helpfully. Sauna is big advantage after sporty day. The only little disadvantage is garage which is under the house and cars and tractors can disturb those who doesn't sleep well enough.

We stayed with 8 adults and 3 children in the house. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped so far. A little more choice of pots/pans and bowls would have been nice but we were able to eat very well. The garden and terrace were spacious and provided plenty of room for us. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the photos that in the meantime some houses were still built in the immediate vicinity and thus the property is not as spacious as expected in the photos. But all in all, we were very much at peace and can only recommend it.

A beautiful accommodation that delivers what the pictures promise! The apartment is excellently equipped, including two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso) and a great sauna. Located on the outskirts, you can start hiking directly. The restaurants in the neighboring towns were probably closed during the week due to the low season, but the great kitchen is perfect for self-catering. The landlords are proactive in trying to give us a nice and smooth stay and have regularly asked if everything is okay. In addition, the caretaker service clarified in advance how the rooms should be divided and took over the handover of keys. It was a very relaxing holiday, which we like to think back to and we would come back!

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in a perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, good amenities that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and his family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week flew by. Thank you for that! :)
