Just 5.4 kilometres from the world-famous Kitzbühel, the Haus Gästehaus Appartement Staffner is centrally located in a quiet location in Kirchberg in Tyrol. The location is in the summer an ideal starting point for walks, hiking, biking, golf, mini golf and swimming (about 10 minutes walk to the swimming lake). Bikers enjoy countless mountain and road bike trails. 230 km of ski slopes and three gondolas in close proximity. The ski bus stop is a few minutes' walk

Stefflhof - Charming old farmhouse, ensuite room

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views. The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.
