The 200-year-old farmhouse, the "Alte Hof," is located in an absolutely great location in the quiet ski & holiday resort of Brixen im Thale. It was refurbished in 2016 & very comfortably modernized without destroying the quaintness & flair of this Tyrolean farmhouse. Supermarkets, restaurants, ski rental etc. are within walking distance. "Car free, I'm in" is a real option here. The ski bus stops at the house (4 minutes to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski world), opposite the train station (10 minutes Hahnkammbahn & Kitzbuhel)
