The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 - 2 adults 2 kids, and I think you can rent more than one apartment for bigger groups. Ours was on the 1st floor, kitchen has fridge and a couple of hot rings for heating soups and pasta and frying bacon and sausages. Beds are big and the classic Austrian Twin (2 single mattresses in a double bed frame). Lovely balcony with amazing views of the Kitzbuheler Horn and the town. 5-10 min walk to the centre of St Johann, ski bus to the two main gondolas easily accessible and if you’re driving then parking at the lifts is ample. Lots of great local and mountain restaurants, The Grander Schupff being the highlight for us.

we booked for a weeks skiing the area. accomadation was as described and adequate for 3 of us. it fulfilled all we needed as we're out all day into the evening and primarily used for sleep. accomadation is a 10 -15 mins walk from town and ski lift. there is a bus stop but we prefer to walk. what stood out was kates correspondence with us. she advised of places to eat, drink, suggested mountain hut bar crawls!! she provided more than enough information/hints. her response was quick, even to the point when I asked questions during my stay. for us bear hutte was perfect and the way it's run a credit to kate. some say it's small. it is not the biggest we've stayed but for 3 lads this was not an issue. price wise was very good also.

War voll nett, waren für eine Hochzeit in Kössen. Können uns gut vorstellen das man hier gut abschalten kann. Es ist sehr einfach gehalten, dem sollte man sich bewusst sein. Johannes ist ein total netter und flexibler Gastgeber! Und das Quartier ist unglaublich sauber!

Wunderschöne Gegend und die Gelegenheit in einem hübschen alten Bauernhaus zu wohnen. Wann kommt man schon in den Genuss in einem fast 100 Jahre altem Haus zu verweilen. Entspannung und Entschleunigung geht hier sehr gut. Die Beschreibungen des Vermieters sind alle treffend, Check in und out ganz easy. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Meine Mutter und ich waren zu zweit auf Wandertour unterwegs und hierfür war das idyllische Zimmer bei Johannes’ perfekt. Generell lässt sich sagen, dass die Kommunikation äußerst freundlich und wertschätzend war und wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Nur weiter zu empfehlen! Herzliche Grüße

Wir waren als neun köpfige Gruppe zu Besuch und hatten eine sehr nette Zeit bei Johannes auf seinem Bauernhof. Der Hof und die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Kommunikation mit Johannes war sehr unkompliziert. Der Kuhstall befindet sich unmittelbar am Hof, daher sollte man sich am Geruch in einigen Räumen nicht zu sehr stören. Das macht aber den Charme der Unterkunft aus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen gemütlich und simplen Aufenthalt braucht.

Wer einen Urlaub jenseits von Hoteltrubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Johannes bietet eine tolle Unterkunft in seinem urigen Bauernhaus an. Die charmante Atmosphäre lädt zum Entspannen ein und man kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Auch für Urlauber mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen, unserer fand es super. Johannes ist ein sympathischer, aufgeschlossener Gastgeber und hat gute Tips für Unternehmungen in der Region. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
