Really impressed with this place, what a find! Guy is so helpful and responds very quickly. He’s left totally adequate ‘everythings’ until there’s a chance to go to shops, which are easily found in either direction. The mobile signal isn’t the best but the WiFi is very good and as most phones now have WiFi calling that’s never going to be an issue. If you need Air BnB in this area then it’s a no brainer, you will not be disappointed 😀

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Lovely little studio apartment attached to a thatched cottage with a huge garden. This place was very quiet, and relaxing. Everything here is as described in the listing. The hosts were lovely and I was shown around the place by Carina and given a lovely warm scone to enjoy. The gardens here are beautiful and I spent the afternoon of my arrival sitting outside the apartment and relaxing. In the evening the gardens are lit and that also looks fabulous. I would highly recommend this place if you need a weekend getaway. There are lovely walks behind the garden around Draycote Water.

We immediately felt comfortable in Felix's apartment. It is cozy and tastefully decorated and offers everything we needed for our short stay in Rugby. Felix always responded quickly, the contact was uncomplicated and we also appreciated his proactive communication. Felix and his apartment are absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back for another visit to Rugby!
