Monthly Rentals in Kioni

Penelope’s Villa is excellent. We felt very much at home there. Spiros met us and took our luggage to the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well cared for. We appreciated the home made gifts very much. Bed linen and towels were changed 3 times during our 14 night stay and cleaning standards were excellent. The views of Kioni are breathtaking. The villa is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the village by steps or road. There are great places to eat and drink around the waterside. Penelope’s communication was excellent and she gave us good recommendations for eating places in Vathy and places to visit, she really cares about her visitors and ensuring that they are happy. We would definitely stay here again.

Sue and Tim were lovely hosts. We had an amazing time in Kioni. The restaurants Sue recommended are definitely worth checking out. Will definitely be back in the future!

Loved everything about it, location great,peace and tranquility, views amazing. Lots of steps to navigate from the harbour, which was fine for us, perhaps not for those less fit, you can drive down if required. Would definitely return.
