We’ve stayed at Chairlift Lodge multiple times and it never disappoints! The cabin is exactly as pictured—super clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are cozy, and the home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It's in a perfect location for exploring Donner Summit, with easy access to Donner Lake, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. Whether you're visiting in summer or winter, it’s a great base for outdoor adventures. Trains do pass by the area, which adds to the historic feel of being along the famous Old Highway 49. The nearby market/deli is also well-stocked for any essentials. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and spacious. Close to the lake and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond if there were any questions about the area. Recommend using the hot tub! Lots of room for large families! Thanks for letting us stay, felt like home!

Laurent & Josephine's home is beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed (extra blankets, plenty of dishes for cooking, toiletries, a great hot tub). It's also very close to Northstar, where we went skiing. Fit 7 people and a dog comfortably. They also gave great instructions and were very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Anette's home was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for walks with the family and dogo. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay a truly memorable experience. The place is HUGE! Everyone can have their own private space. The kitchen is fantastic, with plenty of room, and the stovetop will make you want to cook!

We had a lovely time staying at Tahoe Bliss! Our group of 8 loved the comfy couches in the living space, had all the tools we needed and more for cooking and baking, enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, and fit perfectly in the bedrooms with room to spare. Great food, rentals, and ski resorts were minutes away. Sean’s responsiveness and flexibility with check-in made our stay stress-free. Thank you!

Aniko's cabin is a dream! If you're looking for a perfect cabin in this area, this is it, look no more. This chic/ new cabin has everything you could ask for, so comfy, so pretty, so much to see, and so much to do! We would love to come back again. Love it and 100% recommend!

We loved our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s. The cabin exceeded all expectations. The home had everything we needed including very comfortable beds, outdoor games, well stocked kitchen and fire pit we used each night for smores. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it was clean and serviced while we were there. Our 2 year old begged to not leave and we didn’t want to either. Thank you for hosting our very special family vacay.

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

The place is clean, well appointed, and a great location close to resort. Hosts go out of their way to make a first class experience with several nice amenities including stocked coffee bar, well equipped kitchen, and a nice welcome package sitting in each bedroom. The place is awesome for the price.

This was an outstanding experience! The hosts were so responsive and great to work with. Also, the condo was clean, well stocked, and close to everything we needed: restaurants, coffee, grocery stores, and fun lake activities and trails! 10/10 would recommend!

Jared’s condo in Northstar was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip to the truckee area. The condo has two comfortable bedrooms downstairs and a nice large common space upstairs. The resort area is lovely and location is wonderful with just a short drive to both truckee or kings beach.

I like how quiet and serene it was. Felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves. Looks like Olga is doing a lot of updating to the the chalet. We will stay again and would love to see how it looks next year

Ideal home for family with kids! Great location, lots of amenities as well as fun kid spaces. We were there in winter. Shuttle picks you up at door step and drops you back at door step after skiing!Everything was well equipted and made the stay quite comfortable for all!

Most well equipped Airbnb we’ve stayed in. They paid attention to tiny details and the place was decorated to a tee. All in all worked great for our small family. Our 3 year old daughter loved the game closet too!

We loved our stay in North Tahoe! We were traveling with two dogs and quickly felt right at home. The house was even better than the photos. The cabin was cozy, very clean, and featured a well-stocked kitchen with excellent coffee-making options. Everything was very new—from appliances to pots, pans, to towels and bedding. Located less than a 10-minute walk from North Shore beach and a few minutes' drive from Kings Beach, it was the perfect spot for all our outdoor activities. Lisa was an exceptional host—very responsive, offering early check-in, and when a minor maintenance issue arose, she proactively checked in regularly to ensure everything was resolved. We can't wait to go back!

Kim was an excellent host. Our stay at Kim's place was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Kim was the epitome of a perfect host: polite, professional, and incredibly communicative. We stayed for a few days to work remotely but drove out each morning to walk the Tahoe East Shore Trail. The super high ceilings, large windows overlooking the golf course, fireplace, and thick, fluffy towels were standouts. We used the kitchen rather extensively and had no issue finding what we needed. The knives and cookware were high quality as were the furnishings themselves. We were initially concerned about the smaller space, which didn’t allow us to spread out as much while working, but this would not be a problem for those who plan to be out and about. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, and we highly recommend this spot to anyone desiring a quieter Tahoe experience.
