Holiday rentals with a kayak in Kings Beach

The house was very nice and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay during ski season, unfortunately the mountain closed the day we arrived. You could walk to a very nice rec center as well. It was nice to have all the streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we love to cook. Lori was very responsive to any questions.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at this beautiful cabin in Tahoe! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to make our trip perfect. From the fully stocked kitchen to the relaxing spa under the stars, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The location was ideal—close to Zephyr Cove, grocery stores, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. One of the main reasons for our trip was for me to participate in a half marathon, and the finish line was conveniently located at a nearby hotel. After a few hours of running, being able to unwind with a soak in the jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom was the perfect way to recover and relax The cabin is in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, which made it even easier to unwind and feel at home. There was plenty of space for our family of four and our dog. We especially loved the high-fenced backyard area, which gave our pup a safe space to play. The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 8. Looking forward to coming back!

Amazing lakefront property and best place we’ve stayed in Tahoe yet! Incredible views from the main living space. Ryan, the host was extremely accommodating and responsive our entire stay. The use of paddle boards and the dock was a hit with our kids. We paddled to Garwoods, a must on every visit for our family. We had everything we needed from beach towels to kitchen utensils & the bbq. We are very appreciative to Ryan & his family for sharing their lake house with us to make our own memories and we hope to return in the future!

Alice's house is stunning. Our group (2 families of 4) had plenty of space. Everything was spotless and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! Communication with the host was fast and easy and she was very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place was great for our family get together. Easy access to everything Donner Lake has to offer. 5 minutes to downtown Truckee. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck with a view of the lake. Well furnished with lots of amenities and responsive hosts. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

We took our child to Tahoe to see snow for the first time and Randy and Mona’s place was just perfect for the occasion! It’s super close to the Soda Springs ski resort and makes it easier to manage the kid’s nap time. There was ton of snow around the house to build (little) snowmen. Randy and Mona were also incredibly responsive to messages, sent us restaurant recommendations ahead of time, and even heated up the place prior to our arrival. They even helped to ship us some headphones that we forgot at their place. Highly recommended for parents who want a bit of peace and quiet and the proximity to nearby kid-friendly ski resorts!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tahoe city and found this cabin to be a great size for our family of 5. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and down to the local beach. Drives to other areas around the lake were very easy from this location. Dave is a great host, always reaching out to make sure our stay was great and the instructions for arrival and departure were very easy to understand and to accomplish. The cabin was clean, exactly as described and pictured and stocked with all the things you would need for a stay. Our kids loved it and I’m sure we will be back.

Steven was very friendly, easy to reach and fast responses. The cabin is quaint and comfortable, if the couch was a bit bigger might be more comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and being that we stayed in for dinners was fantastic, the stove and hood system was amazing! Loved the bedrooms in the upstairs loft, super cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely return and appreciate Steven's communication and overall positive approach!

Great home. We loved our time there with our two families. Everything felt very homey and comfortable. Christina was great with communication.

Perfect location for a relaxing weekend. Easy walk to the beach and the "nature" area paths gave lots of walking posibilites.. Walking for Grandma.. Running for the Adult Grandchildren. The kitchen had more dishes and utensils and glasses than any place we have stayed.. Hot tub and outdoor fire.. lots of soaks and lots of marshmallows. Thanks for leaving that for us.. Perfect.

Marinas place is a Great serene lakes cabin. Good vibes and super tidy decor and amenities. Top notch kitchen. Lovely great room with cozy fireplace. Helpful friendly host and clear instructions to make the most of the stay.

Wow! What a gorgeous cabin and location. We really enjoyed our weekend at Leah's house. It's beautifully decorated, has high-end appliances throughout and everything was spotless. Entry/exit was easy and there was garage parking for our car. The cabin even has a view of Donner lake.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! Isa & Darryl provided detailed instructions for check-in and getting settled. The cabin was immaculately clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. We never tired of the view of the massive sequoia trees & shimmering aspens in the backyard. We took the owners' recommendations and filled each day of our stay. We enjoyed trail running and the beautiful lake view from the trails near the house/top of hill. Dinner at Shadyside Lounge was delicious and unique. The West Shore Market was a little gem next door and we enjoyed gelato by the beach just down the street. The drive to Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park was super easy and offered a true lakeside experience. This house is in between all of these attractions and Lake City, so it was truly the perfect location for our stay. Great stay. This was a three generation ski trip, oldest 71, and youngest 3! We all had a great time. Bill was very flexible on dates. Due to snow storms ski area kept changing dates they would be open. Bill was very flexible of these needs. The kitchen is amazing, well stocked with any tool or type of dish you needed. We appreciated the plastic cups for 3 year old. We hope to rent there again next year and keep the kids on the slopes!
