Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kings Beach

The upstairs was getting heated up during the day. Keeping the windows open definitely helped a lot to cool down the room. Other than that everything rose was perfect . The new tv with sound bars was perfect for evening time movies. The hot tib was a perfect addition. We all enjoyed it. Spacious parking. Host was very responsive. We loved it.

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

Paul and Naomi were excellent hosts and very responsive to all our questions and needs. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, general shopping, the lake, and bike rentals. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. We were a party of 3 adults and one teenager, the property was perfect for all of us, and gave the teenager the ability to come and go. We would definitely recommend this property!

My group had an incredible time at Treb’s place. The views were unbeatable, the cabin was cozy and spacious, and we loved the location. We loved starting the day with coffee in the sun room or on the deck, then enjoying the jacuzzi and views after a day of activities. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay at this Lake Tahoe home was truly wonderful. The house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in, with no bugs or lizards anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked and thoughtfully organized, and we appreciated small details like the brand-new sponge and high-quality toiletries. The washer and dryer were a great help after days of hiking. The location was perfect, just minutes from Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and Monkey Rock. The hosts went above and beyond by providing milk, eggs, snacks, beach towels, and beach chairs, along with a handwritten welcome note that made us feel so cared for. Their responsiveness and kindness added so much to our experience. This home was the ideal base for exploring both Incline Village and South Lake Tahoe. We felt completely at ease and truly appreciated the warmth and thoughtfulness in every aspect of the stay. It made our trip incredibly memorable.

I didn’t stay because we ended up with family, but the place was nice and was in a good area.

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

It was a very pleasant experience. Very communicative staff- we got early check in. The room was as pictured. The water pressure was excellent. Great location! I recommend Noel’s if you want a great cocktail. Thank you:-)

Deborah was very attentive. She checked in on me and even had waters in the fridge waiting for my arrival.

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs and Micks place is one of my favorites. Central, easy location and right around the corner, practically, is a fabulous bakery with gluten free choices!!!! The unit was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. I high recommend this unit. It’s certainly worth the very fair price.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Designated parking spot, clear communication and the room was great- cozy, clean and included thoughtful accessories. We were within walkable distance to the lake, shops and restaurants.

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

Lovely house with great amenities in a gorgeous walkable community! Kathy is friendly and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond with sharing about local events and tips about hikes and bike rides.

Such a cozy home and the most comfortable beds! You’ll feel right at home, a perfect space for a quiet, relaxing vacation by Lake Tahoe! Short walk or drive to restaurants and grocery. Only a 45min drive from Reno as well. Look forward to staying here again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the location, close to everything I needed, including great restaurants, shops, and beaches. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Communication was thorough and check in easy. The house is very cozy and well stocked. Claudio even supplies things like laundry detergent and had a good amount of basic pantry supplies. The location is perfect for Sand Harbor and the East Shore trail with a grocery store very close by. We definitely plan on booking again in the future.

Awesome place to stay! Felt right at home!

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.
