Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

This place is awesome. Easy walk to a private beach with huge pier on the lake. Tahoe House is an amazing cafe, and a 3 minute walk. The house was clean, back yard was so awesome for the dogs, and the hot tub well kept. Kitchen has everything you need, including a nice espresso machine for homemade lattes to enjoy on the deck. Cant recommend this place enough.

This place is an absolute gem. The decor is stunning—thoughtfully curated with impeccable taste and attention to detail. Everything inside feels high-end, from the furniture to the finishes, making it not just a place to stay but a space to enjoy. The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area yet still close to everything you’d want to explore. But the real showstopper? The backyard. It’s unreal. Our kid had the best time running around and playing freely, and the creek out back is serene and beautiful—a perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. You can tell the host put real care into every corner of the home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway

Love Neals place, so serene, literally! The three bed was great for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and the road the home is on is so sweet. In the winter, be prepared for snow for the ski bunnies! Soda springs is at the highest elevation… We came looking for snow and found it. I bet the lake in the summer is gorgeous too. Great location/setting on the water. Nice grassy area w/seating above the beach. Its an easy property to immediately feel comfortable in: Kitchen was straight forward to work in and the dinning and living rooms were spacious & relaxed w/nice views. Heater worked well and quietly. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. 5 minutes to Tahoe City (south) and 5 minutes to Cornelian Bay - lots of beaches and parks near by.

This was a great place. I stayed here for 4 nights and was just at peace with the endless view of pine trees in the backyard and lake view from the road ahead by the front of the house. Close to lake, ski/board and groceries and restaurents. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Our dog loved it too!

Clean and comfy. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy to check-in and great location. Some spiders running around, but overall worth every penny.

Top notch accommodations on our favorite beach in Tahoe. Wonderful customer service at check in, comfortable private space that could accommodate 4 people easily and does nicely for 2 to get away. Janine has everything you need in the condo - you just need to bring your food! Perfect private little beach beach, beautiful dock to walk out and enjoy the view of the lake, and easy to paddle board or kayak right from the beachside grounds of the lodge. Contemporary and comfortable furnishings - the best bed and pillows! We can’t wait to be regulars there anytime we can!

This place did not have any reviews so didn’t know what to expect but the management company had excellent 5 star reviews with their other properties so we decided to give it a shot. Communication was excellent and thorough including detailed instructions to get there. Host readily available despite it being Xmas week, we even had treats for us! Great location, easy parking. Place was perfect for our family. It’s a small condo but had all we needed. Was squeaky clean w/ kitchen appliances and everything provided pretty much new. Host thought of it all - so great to arrive and have all the little amenities that make life so much easier (plenty of towels, soaps for bath and kitchen, lots of toiletries (including shampoo/conditioner/lotion, floss picks, cotton swabs). Lots of places don’t include these ‘perishables’ and we hate bringing them. Home was warm and cozy. We cooked breakfast/dinner 3/4 days at the home. Safeway is less than 5 min away. We skied nearby at Diamond Peak

Wonderfully condo in Kings Beach. Renovated to a high standard and very tastefully decorated. Easy access, and within driving distance of a number of ski resorts. I would happily go back.

Amazing complex with a private dock, fire pit, pool and hot tub, private little beach. All was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants and overall great stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great communication.

This was an amazing place to stay at, had a lot of fun for the short amount of time we stayed. It was nice and peaceful and would definitely love to come back again.

This home made us believe in Airbnb again. Absolutely perfect in every way. Haven has thought of everything and the well-appointed unit made for a seamless and lovely vacation. From shower steamers and heated floors in the bathroom to pack and play and baby gates for our toddler and books, games and wine for this adults, nothing was spared in curating this gem. Even the towels in the bathroom are lush and the bedding superior. For our family, being able to walk steps away to the beach as well as amazing restaurants, stores and coffee shop was priceless and made for an immeasurably better experience than if we'd stayed further inland. I was immensely grateful for Haven's flexibility with our changing schedule both at check-in and check-out. She was incredibly gracious and made us feel welcomed and supported. This is a fabulous property with a phenomenal host.

We had a wonderful time visiting Tahoe and staying at Meghan's family home. We were particularly happy with the kid's room and amenities, which kept both our 11 year old and toddler very happy, which in turn gave us lots of much-appreciated quiet and peaceful downtime. Of course, visiting Tahoe meant plenty of outdoor activities, including beach, hiking, and a little shopping. This location has access to a pier, so an old friend of mine picked us up on his boat from there and took us to lunch at Garwoods across the lake. Huge thanks to Meghan and her family for allowing us the use of her family home to make our vacation that much more special. We'll certainly be back!

Thank you Thomas. We couldn’t have had a better place. Private beach was more than I thought. It was amazing! Our grand kids and family could not have had a better place. Can’t wait to book again.

Communication from Laura was excellent. The history of the cabin and the cabin is beyond beautiful. The views are stunning. Private beach is perfect. We cannot thank her enough for sharing her family treasure with the world.

We had a blast!! Megan was very responsive. Nice quiet place. Could use 1 more tv for the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second stay at Leslie's beautiful home and there are many reasons we returned. The location is perfect--easy to get to, peaceful setting, gorgeous view of the lake, and close to the ski slopes and restaurants and shops in Truckee. And the home is so welcoming and comfortable. It's like staying at a friend's home. We cook a lot and the kitchen is so well stocked which is a real plus. The beds are comfortable and there are two full baths which is a bonus. Perfect for our family of four. Finally, Leslie is such a terrific host. She is great with communication and let us know when the home was ready for an early check-in--so awesome. She is super responsive. And she left a nice welcome note and tasty treats. A real personal touch. It looks like this will be our annual ski week retreat! (We'll need to visit in the summer, too.)

Great weekend stay in a very center and local spot. It was the perfect size for my family of 4. I found everything that I needed during my stay in the condo.

Beautiful and comfortable home, with great views overlooking the lake. The kitchen was very well appointed and living area and dining comfortable for family gatherings. Walk to kayak and boat launch, large Safeway supermarket 0.3 miles from the home. Host was easy to communicate with and very prompt in responding. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Grateful for this wonderful place!
