Anangwe was incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any queries. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful for me. The apartment was as pictured and it is great value for money.

after experiencing Bungomas' 2 top hotels, I was very surprised at the level of friendly, caring service her team provided; 1. Twice daily kitchen and unit quickclean 2. Full clean every second day including linens turnover 3. Occasional food shopping 4. Single day laundry service I'll be back for sure!

Kami’s place delivers over and above what is expected. The attention to detail is remarkable. There is provision of all toiletries one could need , dental kits, shaving kits, lotions, soap etc all branded so really quite five star! Nelly and Franco were at hand to take care of us and the breakfast spread was 👌🏽👌🏽. It’s very noble too that proceeds go to support women and girls so this was one of the reasons it was a no brainer to stay here. I will definitely choose Kami’s place for my next Kitale visit!
