Delightful stay in a beautiful old character home which was spotlessly clean with many thoughtful touches. Minutes from great restaurants, supermarkets and main shopping strip. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again.

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

We loved our starts at Darren’s place. Great location, walking distance to a range of cafes and restaurants as well as public transport. The kids loved the playground at the end of the road.

I had a great stay in Jans property. It was a beautiful house, super clean and she was flexible with checkout time. The electric blanket and heaters in the bedroom were an extra bonus.

There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

Selina’s Airbnb is hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Melbourne an absolute gem! From the moment I booked, communication was smooth, clear, and incredibly friendly. Selina was always quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The space itself was immaculate spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. You can tell she puts a lot of thought and pride into every detail. The little touches made all the difference, from the soft linens to the well-equipped kitchen and cozy setup that made me feel instantly at home. What really stood out was how Selina went above and beyond. She anticipated things I didn’t even think to ask for, making the whole experience feel effortless and comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only a great host but also so genuinely kind and thoughtful. I’ve stayed in many places over the years, but this was next level, thankyou Selina, for creating such a welcoming and memorable experience!

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

We loved our stay at Chian’s apartment. It had everything we needed plus the little extras like the selection of children’s toys and books made it feel very welcoming. Spotlessly clean, great location with parking and lovely views of the city. We would certainly look to stay again next time we’re in Melbourne.

A great place to house many people. Mostly comfortable beds (the two downstairs aren't amazing), good water pressure and great outdoor living. Pemmy was very responsive to any issues we had and always had a prompt solution/answer. A couple minor things to be aware of; the floor can be a bit creaky in places, you will need to tiptoe around at night/morning to not wake anybody, but it will still creak. The main ensuite hand basin design paired with the tap design splashes water everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower isn't as good (but not unusable) as the main bathroom. For a large group, we'd easily book again as the space was perfect, the linen was plentiful, beds/couch comfortable, and anything we needed help with Pemmy was readily available to help solve for. Shanil and Olivia were such great hosts, they were super responsive and lovely before and throughout my stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a solo trip, I also felt really safe as the building has fob access from the main door and also in the lifts so there are only residents allowed inside. The view from the apartment is amazing too even in the rain and it would also be perfect for a couple. The building has a shared gym and pool, both really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice bonus. Location-wise, it's not far from the high street, train station, and local shops, so really convenient. It can get a bit noisy throughout the day with windows open but it wasn’t an issue with windows closed and AC on. The evenings are really quiet and there are barely any cars around. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.

Tim and Mark were the most amazing hosts! Our wedding week staycation was made even more special by their incredibly welcoming and accommodating nature. Nothing was too much trouble, and the thoughtful touches, like the bottle of wine and local sourdough bread, were so appreciated. The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a perfect setting for our celebration. The view from the deck is also just spectacular! The location was ideal, putting us within easy reach of our wedding venue and local bars and restaurants. We can't recommend this place enough - it was truly an amazing experience!
