The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

What a beautiful home and in a private, peaceful setting. A very cosy place to spend winter nights with the roaring open fire. Jacqui was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We'll be back for sure! Thank you

Robert was a fabulous host as he was responsive and helpful. The house was ideal for our 3 generations to stay as it was homely and had enough space for everyone to co exist. We could relax and enjoy the place without worrying about the house being too pristine to move. Great family getaway. Thanks Robert.

Delightful stay in a beautiful old character home which was spotlessly clean with many thoughtful touches. Minutes from great restaurants, supermarkets and main shopping strip. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again.

A great place to house many people. Mostly comfortable beds (the two downstairs aren't amazing), good water pressure and great outdoor living. Pemmy was very responsive to any issues we had and always had a prompt solution/answer. A couple minor things to be aware of; the floor can be a bit creaky in places, you will need to tiptoe around at night/morning to not wake anybody, but it will still creak. The main ensuite hand basin design paired with the tap design splashes water everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower isn't as good (but not unusable) as the main bathroom. For a large group, we'd easily book again as the space was perfect, the linen was plentiful, beds/couch comfortable, and anything we needed help with Pemmy was readily available to help solve for. I was staying here for about 3 months for my placement here. It was so so so good. Could’ve never asked for more. The place felt so homely.. leaving the place already make me miss the melb and the home so much. Eliza was really very accommodating, helped us navigate and prepared the house perfectly for us. I came here for a student exchange and was very new to Melbourne but the house made me feel so welcoming and comfortable. I would really highly highly recommend airbnb-ing here if you want a good experience of a peaceful neighbourhood that is also nearing to the city but away from all the busy streets. Eliza is really kind and friendly🥺💕 The place is perfect for family , couples , students or anyone actually.

We absolutely loved this place. Central to everything. Cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. Would highly recommend for a large group due to there being two units which gives plenty of privacy but everyone can come together. Our host was amazing and helped when needed. Highly recommend.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Very cosy house to stay in during winter. The central heating worked well. Very safe, family friendly and in a great location. The full kitchen allowed cooking of meals. Highly recommend.

Our guests had a great stay. There was an issue with the code on arrival but that was sorted with the hosts.

Highly recommend this stay. Close to all I needed. It was very nice to have fully equipped kitchen, I like to cook and Jennifer had most items and equipment I had in my own kitchen. Even had a small selection of herbs at the door, and a nice supply of coffee and teas. Not seen in other places I have stayed. Very comfortable and cosy with quality heating. Comfortable bedding. Bbq and smoker if one wishes to use them.

Apart from coming home to find another - understandably bemused - guest in the property (a mistake made by AirBnB) we had a great stay. Property is better than the photos and it's a great location for exploring Central Melbourne. Charlotte was a fantastic host. Highly recommend.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

Great host, the house is located at a very easy accessible location. House is clean and cosy, host even prepared us some small treats. 100% recommends.

Jared's place is a great place to stay in Collingwood. It is very comfortable, clean and close to shops, public transport and many cafes, bars and restaurants. I can highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area.
