Monthly Rentals in Kesselt, Veldwezelt

Marja is a lovely host, and the apartment was a great home for me during my 2 months stay in Maastricht for work. The apartment is well equipped and has a lovely terasse with lots of sun after noon. In addition, the location is perfect! Walking distance through a beautiful park to the city center, and only 5 minutes to reach the country side with wine fields for nice runs towards the belgium border :-) I would definitely come back!

Lonneke was very nice and helpful. The studio was very cozy. It is very private with a great view over the rooftops of Maastricht. I stayed for a month and very much enjoyed it. The build of the studio is quite cool while still offering everything I needed during my stay. The furniture is simple yet sufficient.

First, the location is excellent for access to the center of town, which you should always do by foot or bike. The property is a 2 minute walk to both main squares and the shopping, cafes, etc between both. Also same distance to the river and 20 min walk to the railways station. Note, there is definitely no opportunity to park a vehicle at the property - as per the description. The property has plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. It is on 3 levels with very steep, cramped spiral stairs between the levels, these take some getting used to, but definitely add a unique and enjoyable element to the property. You will definitely need help from Eric to find the property the first time, Google/Apple maps gets you close, but the entrance is hidden away a little bit. And Erik is very available to do this, so that is not an issue, just make sure to arrange to meet Eric. Eric was very responsive, we arrived tired from an 8000 mile journey at 9pm on Sunday and all was fine.

A few wonderful days. Accommodation offered what we were looking for. The garden in the back was really nice in the sun! very friendly and welcoming host Frans. Slept well (firm beds). Stairs up no problem. The house was also nice and warm. In short, satisfied. Also very satisfied (recommended) with the area. Frans has a large bicycle map with nodes for Belgian Limburg. Surprisingly beautiful there! Folded bicycle-friendly (we come from the polder) landscape. And of course Maastricht by bike, also beautiful along Kanne and Pieterserg (both ways). Thank you Frans and Fien! And then, to top it all off, the flat tire. Parking at the door.
