Holiday rentals with a patio in Kerrville

Cute space, clean, nice amenities, exactly as described. Host was helpful and the whole process was super smooth. Would definitely recommend if you need to stay in Comfort.

We live staying here when we’re in Boerne because it’s so comfortable and feels like home, and because we’re so close to everything there is to do. It’s also nice to be right next door to a wonderful restaurant, Las Guitarras Cocina.

The three of us had a great stay! The location was extremely convenient to the golf course. The check-in process was super easy via lockbox. The hosts provided wonderful guest service! The online listing was accurate. The home was nice, clean, and uncluttered! The home had been updated. The home has a lot of windows, and the views were great! It was comfortable and decorated nicely. Thank you for the great stay!

The place was just as described and looked better than in the photos. Just wish there had been a restaurant onsite. It was just me and I was attending a conference and the ease of a restaurant would have made it more convenient for me personally. With that said, there was everything needed to cook and prepare meals whether it be in the fully stocked kitchen full of supplies or the outside grill. There were plenty of trails to walk and explore. I’d definitely recommend to others and would like to return again and get full use of the pool area and scenery.

Great stay, the apartment is the same as the pictures. The host was great and gave us good instructions. Everything was nice and clean. Great area to stay !

We loved Allison’s place. It was clean, beds were comfortable and so were sofas. Kitchen was perfect size for two or four people. Plenty of hot water while showering plus great water pressure. I loved watching the birds and deer that came every morning and in the evening. Location was great, not too far from restaurants, gym and lots to do in surrounding cities/towns. There’s a nice trail for walking. We would love to come back to this place. Allison responded to questions quickly and so did Jody. Only one thing that could be added. An umbrella for deck. The sun too hot to sit outside on deck so an umbrella would be very helpful. Thank you Allison and Jody Maria

Communicating with Aide was easy and fast, they went above and beyond with providing extra details for our wedding like setting up the area we wanted to use for our ceremony with beautiful decor and chairs that I was not expecting. Walking into our room, they provided details specifically to make our time together feel special, and welcoming. The entire home was pristine, modern, and immaculate. The entire property was beautifully set up, and small details made our experience over the top. This has been the best experience I have had with an Air BNB.

This place was exactly what we needed. We were in town for our son's wedding so didn't spend alot of time at the house, but when we were there it was perfect. We loved the old fashioned vibe, from the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. We kept saying we felt like we were visiting our grandparents house. Everything was clean & exactly how it was listed. Kevin even let us check in early because we needed to take care of wedding duties early so we were able to drop off our luggage & such before heading to the venue which was nice. if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Great place , the Jacuzzi and fireplace make it an unforgettable stay. The place was clean and well furnished. Just please keep in mind, there is no kitchen. There is a fridge and some silverware but you cannot cook, which is OK because there’s lots to eat in Fredericksburg. it’s in a good location. There’s good parking and Wi-Fi. I definitely recommend.

The cabin was lovely and peaceful. I loved the layout, the amenities and the view. Very zen. Just the respite I needed. Jeffrey was an awesome and responsive host. I will definitely be back!

The view is astounding and the home is really nice with plenty of room and good beds. Sky View is the most beautiful, peaceful, and quiet location we’ve ever experienced. Valerie and Keith were always available and had great tips for nearby attractions. Thanks for the Texas sized hospitality.

This place was great and met my needs perfectly. I was very grateful for the garage, because a hail storm moved in just as I was arriving. I was able to safely get myself and my vehicle inside and avoid hail damage. The kitchen had all the space and amenities I needed to cook right there. Great value, great spot.

This place is so cute! It was perfect for our girls weekend.

We had a girl’s trip to Fredericksburg and it was the PERFECT space for four of us girls. At first I was concerned because I felt like there weren’t enough pictures compared to other listings. But every picture that is on the listing, matches the house itself. All of the spaces were very clean and up to date. We loved the outdoor space, even though it was too hot for us to enjoy. I’d definitely want to stay here again for our next visit to Fredericksburg!

Everything was perfect! The bed was so comfortable, Perfect after a long day at Seaworld! The balcony view in the mornings was a great way to start the day. The location was great too, Six flags is literally in the backyard too.

Great getaway stay. This was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything we needed and more. We truly did feel right at home, from the moment we opened the front door it just felt very welcoming. The backyard setup was a bonus, nice outdoor area with a tv! Another factor we really liked was the location, whether we drove or took an uber around Fredricksburg, everything was in pretty close proximity. It’s a nice, private cottage that makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

This location was the perfect stay for our group! It was cozy, neat/tidy, and super cute! We were only 6 minutes from Main Street, a couple minutes from the Walmart, Chick-fil-A, HTeaO, Starbucks, and so much more! We loved how easy it was to get on 290 to visit all the wineries! Everything was clearly explained and detailed for us, so check in and check out was super easy! Communication with the hosts was also super easy. Also, during the day the road does have cars going by, but at night it is very quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely look this place up the next time we make the trip down!

My family enjoyed this Hilltop resirt. so mu h to do amd beautiful surrounding countryside. The resort does have private river access but it's wasn't a place we got in the river. Lots of wildlife in the area. With the resort on top of a hill it does take 20-30 minutes to get to a from town so be prepared before arriving. There is an area for stargazing that was absolutely beautiful. The amenities are endless the pool was sparkling clean, hot tub was hot! closes at 10PM and there are resort rules like no alcohol or smoking no floatation devices or balls. That did not stop us from enjoying our stay. So many deer in the front yard and all around the resort. just beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 from us.

The condo was ideal with a beautiful view. It was everything we hoped for and enjoyed our stay very much. Caleb is a superb host and we hope to return for another visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's place. It was very clean, conveniently close to things, and quiet. It looked just like the pictures. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Fredericksburg, TX is one of our frequent getaway destinations. We have had many experiences in various bed-and-breakfast in and around Fredericksburg. This is now one of two that we truly love. As a commercial pilot, I live in hotels and resorts, so I can say with experience that this one was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Within 2 minutes of walking in, I felt very at home and comfortable. The space was gorgeous and the design was well thought out. Everything matched the photos and the amenities that were listed were all there and available for use. Fully planning to book again!
