Loved my stay at Martha’s ranch! It was so beautiful and you could see so many stars! She was kind, helpful and informative. The house was so cute and very clean. Will definitely be back soon!

The perfect place for a weekend away! The home had everything my husband and I needed and a great amount of space for two people. The upstairs foosball was a fun added bonus. Located close enough to town for a quick/cheap uber but in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend!

Decorated beautifully. Sweet and girlie! It's an old house, so no closets and no place to hang clothing. There was both a coffee pot and keurig with coffee, creamer, and sweetener. There is a separate rental upstairs, so you may have "neighbors". The location is one block off the main street, so perfect for walking around town for shopping or restaurants.

We chose this place for our daughter's surprise engagement. Monica met with us months ahead of time to scope out the place for beautiful pictures and plan the weekend festivities. She was helpful every step of the way and even the weekend of. she coordinated weather updates and made sure everything was as promised. This place is ideal for small weddings or events. She has 3 different places to stay at on the ranch for multiple families. So many places for photo ops or locations to hold the wedding/reception depending on the size. our house was charming, supplied with everything we needed including a cool place to enjoy the hot tub. the drive to the Trade Days was just a few minutes. after a long day shopping downtown this place makes for a wonderful girls weekend. to top it all off monica brought us bfast for each day. some of the best cinnamon rolls and biscuits we've ever eaten. you cannot go wrong staying at the Monarch Ranch! it is truly a hidden gem! thank you Monica!

Gorgeous air b and b - perfect for our group to chill out in and fantastic location to explore Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

It started out a bit rough with A/C issues, but they were extremely quick to be helpful and make things right. They continued to communicate next steps. Great location, very clean, enough room and would definitely stay there again. The outside area is perfect for this time of year! Everyone had a great time.

Very cute house and spacious. We had a good time in the hot tub. Location was very close to all the wineries, only minutes away. We will come back with family.

We had an amazing stay! Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We parked out. Vehicle and where able to walk everywhere we wanted to go on main! Would highly recommend this home for anyone!!!

We came to Bandera for the bike rally and had a fantastic time. Our host was very accommodating as we needed to arrive a day early due to forecasted bad weather. The house was occupied the night before. Lindsay was able to get the house for us early as requested! Plenty of things to do and food to eat within walking distance and only 2 miles from the park that held the rally! I would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Also the locals are very friendly! The next door Nieghbor even offered to let us hang out under his canopy on main street to watch the bikes go by! Really cool place and friendly atmosphere!!

The room is very cozy. Nice seating to talk. Walking distance to most places we wanted to be. Dog Friendly. Bed was comfy for my bad back, I like softer, plush mattresses. Nice pillows as well. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find and park. Timothy always was great at answering my messages relatively quickly. The restroom has a fan but is not very cool in the summer. We propped the fan Timothy left in the eating area on the bed in front of the ac unit to circulate the cold air and it made a huge difference for us. The bathroom was stocked with great tp, nice towels, bath mat, soap, lotion, and hand soap, shower is a little small for me I’m 5’10 237. You have to use the key to close the front door, the door knob will not latch. The tv had Netflix while we relaxed before bed. It was a great experience. We are grateful we found this place and it was available. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it and would return.

this place was perfect for us for our short stay in fredericksburg. it was only a 5 minute drive outside of town & they were very accommodating for our 2 pups. we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our extended weekend stay at Wrenwood Ranch and we will undoubtedly be back again. Chad and his hosts were very polite and accommodating about everything, they even offered parking cover for my motorcycle as a severe storm moved in with possible hail, that was above and beyond. Overall vibe at Wrenwood Ranch is peaceful with good hardworking folks, making their dreams happen, and sharing it with others along the way.

It was love from the first sight! Cottage was amazing! Peaceful neighborhood, super clean inside, great space outside:) We could feel that the owners were and are travelling a lot since they know what you can forget or miss and they keep it all for you:)) Great communication with our hosts, they were truly helpful with our last minute requests:) We will be back soon❤️

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was as described. I didn’t realize when booking that it is a duplex. That information is written in the description but I missed it. This would be perfect for a family where the parents could stay in one room and the kids in the other. It is easy access to the rooms through the patio which has a sliding divider door. The only problem I had was the air freshener. I’m very sensitive to fragrance so I had to move the air freshener outside. So if you have allergies be sure and ask for it to be removed before you arrive. Other than that it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, there is a microwave,refrigerator, and coffee maker. There are picnic tables and bbq grills for quest use. The walking trail along the river is beautiful and runs six miles. There are lots of activities and Fredericksburg is only 30 minutes away. Our host Zee was very attentive and easily contacted. I would definitely recommend this cute cottage and plan on returning.

The perfect place to stay in Fredericksburg. Beautiful and peaceful.

The guesthouse was very private. There was gardening staff around and the owner lives on site. The converted stable is finely decorated in an English style. It is a look, but don’t touch arrangement. That said, the restriction does not interfere in any way to the comfort and elegance of the site. The beds were very comfortable. The lighting is akin to a theatrical lighting, highlighting each area of the home. The views from the patio are uninterrupted of hill and sky. At night the stars are clearly visible. There is quarter mile trek with a gate that must be climbed over or through to be on the river trail. The country owned area is a leash free dog park and connects easily with the Kerrville city trailhead.

A fabulous stay again, all around 5 stars, we will be back!

What a wonderfully private home to call our own. It was wonderful to get that type of peace and quiet, while so closely connected to the city. PS: We loved the hoards of deer lounding around!

The inside was beautiful and made you feel like at home. It was very quiet and the town is beautiful. The only thing that really needs attention is the outside of the home. It has too many dead plants and the corners of the home was surrounded by wasp and you couldn’t sit outside comfortably. The area of the hot tub had too many dead plants and others were so near the entrance that we found three scorpions on top of the cover of the hot tub/ I understand nature but fumigation and a little cleaning over the plants and keeping them trimmed and treated I don’t think there is a necessity for those creatures so near a home. I really hope they can fix up a little outside and be able to visit again.

WOW! We were so impressed by Fredericksburg Cottage and our hostess, Angela! This B&B is so cozy and comfortable that we could have just stayed in the house the entire time! Beautifully decorated and so well appointed, we lacked nothing and felt so at home. If you're looking for style and comfort, Fredericksburg Cottage is your home away from home! Angela is a great host! Communicative, helpful, and so gracious to help us with all our questions and needs! 5+ stars!

Fabulous stay at the Shaw Haus! Driving up, the neighborhood seemed maybe a little rougher than we expected, but we never felt unsafe and walked around the neighborhood and to coffee, and the location is nice because it’s so close to Main Street. It’s a great house, great yard, great value and we enjoyed our stay!
