Holiday rentals with a patio in Kerr County

Rita was an extremely accommodating host who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and to double check that we didn’t have any questions she hadn’t answered. She took care of all communication with the front desk so I didn’t have to explain myself when we arrived late and also to make sure they did not give up our room because we had to arrive late due to an unexpected family emergency. I will definitely be reaching out to our host again if she has any properties we can rent anytime we travel in the future. This was my first experience using Air BNB and thanks to rite, I’ll definitely be using them again when we need a place to stay when we travel! Thank you, Rita, for making sure our stay was even better than we could have expected!

Great condo with lots of amenities. Wish there was more warning about the timeshare pitch. if uncomfortable hanging up on people that can't take a no, then you may be uncomfortable with this stay. I am not at all clear why air BNB allows timeshare operators to contact Airbnb clients for any reason. seems a violation of privacy.

Great resort location. Great location in the resort next to the pool building. Expansion views. Upscale clean and comfortable furnishings.

The place was just as described and looked better than in the photos. Just wish there had been a restaurant onsite. It was just me and I was attending a conference and the ease of a restaurant would have made it more convenient for me personally. With that said, there was everything needed to cook and prepare meals whether it be in the fully stocked kitchen full of supplies or the outside grill. There were plenty of trails to walk and explore. I’d definitely recommend to others and would like to return again and get full use of the pool area and scenery.

Deena was a great host and we loved our stay in the Hill country. The location is great and everything lived up to expectations. We would happily stay with Deena again.

The house was beautiful and has a modern touch. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor area, especially for sunrise and sunsets! Sharon was very accommodating and responsive! We would definitely come back!

This property from Backroads Reservation is very comfortable and convenient - it is next door to the wonderful Love's Apple Store. It is easy to stroll down the main street of the quaint town of Medina. Drives in the area are some of the most beautiful in Texas. The property is as represented in the photos, the hosts are responsive, and I recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time!! It was walkable to Pint and Plow (which was great) and close to HEB and coffee shops! The host was very responsive! Thank you!

This place was exactly what we needed. We were in town for our son's wedding so didn't spend alot of time at the house, but when we were there it was perfect. We loved the old fashioned vibe, from the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. We kept saying we felt like we were visiting our grandparents house. Everything was clean & exactly how it was listed. Kevin even let us check in early because we needed to take care of wedding duties early so we were able to drop off our luggage & such before heading to the venue which was nice. if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

This was a home away from home, where the owner’s professionalism and attention to detail made the stay welcoming, comfy, and relaxing.

This place was great and met my needs perfectly. I was very grateful for the garage, because a hail storm moved in just as I was arriving. I was able to safely get myself and my vehicle inside and avoid hail damage. The kitchen had all the space and amenities I needed to cook right there. Great value, great spot.

We cannot speak highly enough, of this wonderful property, and Landlords. Our family lives in Kerrville, TX, and we live in Northern Michigan. Driving for 1,714 miles one way, we stay awhile, because of retirement, so since we love and appreciate our family, we want them to maintain their normal routines and living space. This wonderful unit makes that a very perfect option for all of us. We want to return next year if it is available. The Huffman’s. .

Great location

My family enjoyed this Hilltop resirt. so mu h to do amd beautiful surrounding countryside. The resort does have private river access but it's wasn't a place we got in the river. Lots of wildlife in the area. With the resort on top of a hill it does take 20-30 minutes to get to a from town so be prepared before arriving. There is an area for stargazing that was absolutely beautiful. The amenities are endless the pool was sparkling clean, hot tub was hot! closes at 10PM and there are resort rules like no alcohol or smoking no floatation devices or balls. That did not stop us from enjoying our stay. So many deer in the front yard and all around the resort. just beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 from us.
