We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. It was conveniently located and a short drive to shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. The home was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Would definitely book again next time we’re in the area.

I had a 1 week of staying at juan’s house. I had my own private garage, place was extremely clean and lavender smell hits your face when u self check-in and step into house. I drove from houston to st.pete 18 hrs of driving. I did not sleep at all in this time period it was a last minute booking and he told me the wait until 4 for check-in and i got frustrated. I might have overreacted to him for that because i wanted to sleep. On the third day my friend broke a chair as soon as he sat down(it wasn’t his fault the chair just broke down and i laughed hard lol). I let him know immediatly and he did not charged for me that as his apologize. And i checked out a little late and he did not make this a problem too. Great host and great place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great—especially since we didn’t know much about St. Pete going in. Everything we planned was no more than a 15–20 minute drive away, which made getting around super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and having a convenience store right next door was a huge plus. The place looked just like the pictures—if anything, it felt even more spacious in person. It’s definitely more than enough room for one or two people and makes for a very comfortable home away from home. While there’s no full kitchen, the unit had a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, which was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing—extremely helpful and always responsive, even just checking in to make sure everything was going well.
