Would reccomend staying here if you're a student doing rotations at any nearby hospitals! The location is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away from Covenant in a safe neighborhood. Josie greeted me at check in and toured the apartment with me. It had almost all of the amenities you need for a long term stay, which made moving in and out super easy. She was always accecssible via text, but I had a pleasant stay without any issues!

This was a yearly repeat visit for our fishing group. We really enjoy everything Roger’s home has to offer for our fishing group. Thank you again and we will be back next year!!

Great location in downtown Bay City by the Riverside park. Lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. Donald was very responsive, very friendly. The facility was as advertised. Very clean very neat. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This place felt like home. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to make breakfast.
