We felt super comfortable in Alexander's villa. The property is luxurious and simply "breath taking"!with beautiful views. Super nice garden with great terrace and beautiful huge palm trees, great illuminated pool and a sauna with a view, which we enjoyed on a cool rainy day. The villa is very spacious and well heated and warm even in the cooler season. The villa has very appealing and selected inventory and the kitchen is well furnished with a special wooden table as a dining table. The house was very clean and stocked with loving details. We were very happy about the olive oil bottle as a welcome gift. It was super delicious! Beds are very comfortable, we slept wonderfully in them. The surrounding area is very quiet and you are not far from the sweet traditional village of Afionas and great beaches. Communication worked out great. We will definitely be back, even in the high season!

Everthing was very nice, the house is lovely and the pool absolutely perfect. Kids and adults loved it. Only the kitchen could use some more equipment and the bbq could be upgraded/refurbished. We would come again!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sunset every evening. The property has everything you need, especially if you like to cook. A little stroller in the small shop is worth it. Some beautiful homemade creams and soaps taken home as a little reminder.

We had a couple of really relaxed days at Alex's house. The location is great if you want to go to the beaches in the northwest – Agios Georgios Pagon, Arillas and Agios Stefanos are just a few minutes away. The house is in a quiet location, but supermarket, taverns & cafes are within easy reach. There is plenty of space inside, several air conditioning units and a parking space directly in front of the house. What we particularly liked: The equipment is really complete - nothing missing, everything there. You immediately feel at home. The house is not new but in good condition. A few things are not quite modern, but nothing problematic. Alex takes care of it and improves it piece by piece. The contact with Alex was uncomplicated and friendly – everything was completely relaxed. A great base for quiet Corfu days away from the hustle and bustle. We'd love to come back 🫶🏼🌊👍
