Monthly Rentals in Kato Gerakari

Our stay at The Village House, Meso Gerakari was fantastic. The village location was lovely and quiet and the house was beautiful, rustic and had everything we needed and a lovely patio and garden that we really enjoyed. It was easy to drive to many places from the village. The local beach was lovely and just a few minutes away by car. Our host, Dimitri, was so helpful and welcoming and offered us help at any time we needed it during our stay. Dimitri also gave us a USB at the end of our stay with amazing Greek songs and information about the history of Zakynthos which was so special to take away with us.

I also chose this place for the great reviews. I was extremely satisfied because they were absolutely true, there was nothing that disappointed me, on the contrary... Everything has already been written in the previous reviews... Very clean house with everything you need, outdoor and indoor patio (with very comfortable outdoor shower) super relaxing. But the added value is the DELICIOUS people who also delighted us with culinary delights. I would add that the location for us was optimal, very close to our favorite beach Xigia Pelagaki, not far from Zakynthos Town and a few minutes from Alikes which offers the choice of many restaurants and services. From there we easily reached Porto Vromi where we rented a boat to see Shipwreck Beach. Super recommended, my family and I left our hearts there.

One of the best host i had in general, lovely woman Fani , she make sure everything was in perfect shape and she gave me lots of advice about Zakynthos , as well good place clean and functional i can totally recommend it and will repeat if i go back

I and my family stay at Sandy's House for 9 night and feels like home. The HOUSE was sparkly clean and had all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen and kitchenette, new powerful refrigerator, 3 air conditioners (1 every room), plenty of closet and comfortable bed. Big bathroom, high pressure water and washing machine. The house is very big and surrounded by a garden and many olive trees. A big and nice porch equipped with a table and 4 chairs is a very beautiful place when u can stay in the evening or eating breakfast surrounded by trees and green flowers. The LOCATION was perfect in the middle of the island we were able to visit all the beaches of Zakynthos for 15-30min max. The island has many road connected between and reaching all the beaches was quite simple. The OWNERS.... very special people. So kind, very attentive and disposed for helping you on anything you have. They even makes us some gifts from local culture and we appreciate this very much
