Mr. Anup exceeds every expectations and that is the surprise part of my stay. He is available almost 24x7 and I must say he is completely dedicated to serve his customers. Not only that he goes out of the way to support his guest for matters not related to his property. The stay was beautiful, there are so many amenities in lodha upper thane that you'll never be bored. The check in and check out smooth, requiring minimal communication with the host. the house has immaculate views and was quite clean. But apart from that no complaints! Rushina was very understanding and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
