Great place, had a good stay and a nice view, and everything was within 20 minutes walking distance

We loved our stay at Ryu’s home. They arranged to drive our suitcases to the home while Ryu’s father showed us the walking route. Everything was explained to us and lots of local recommendations available in a binder. Great location in between heading into Hiroshima/peace park and Miyajima Island. We had an amazing time at both. Lots of restaurants and a big mall close to Ryu’s. Beautiful home and super responsive host. Thank you Ryu!

The accommodation was perfect for exploring Hiroshima: comfy bed, spotless bathroom & wc, even a small kitchen. There is a closet with hangers, a balcony and the aircon works fine - very important for the hot summers. It is easy to find and close to the bus stop connecting with the city, the peace museum and train station. There is also a washing machine inside the building. Hiroaki was the perfect host. He gave recommendations for the area and helped me with sending my suitcase to Tokyo and getting rid of an old suitcase. He really makes sure that you are having a good time in beautiful Hiroshima.

I appreciate Hiro’s responsiveness, especially when I forgot important information they had already sent :) The residence is in a convenient place, easily walkable to downtown restaurants and entertainment, and Peace Memorial Park. Stops for buses and street cars are very close, too. This traditional, quiet place offers amenities for those like me who plan to be out exploring the area, then return to soon clean up and sleep. I’m grateful for this place, as it contributed to a very good stay in Hiroshima.
