Monthly Rentals in Kalamaki

Viola was a great host – everything was just as described. The place was very clean and had a nice hotel-like feel to it in a positive way. Communication was super easy and straightforward. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The only small downside was that the water pressure wasn’t very strong – but apart from that, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks again for the lovely stay!

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

Our stay at Margaris Villas was amazing! Nikos is a great host and was always there if we needed anything. He made us feel welcome! The Villa we stayed in was roomy for all 5 of us and clean. The little patio in the front was nice to sit outside. We had a car and parking was easy. The location is great, as it is quiet and close enough to the towns and beaches. Would definitely stay here again!

Christina was a wonderful host. Very proactive and gave us any recommendations we needed. The whole apartment complex is super familiar. There are even free accessible beach essentials like umbrellas, mats and sunscreen. We felt very welcome at every moment. There was also the option to store our luggage temporarily. From our point of view this Airbnb is an absolute recommendation, we will be back. Thank you!
