Situated upon the hills of Mavromati, the newly built villa has a stunning view over the sea, beaches and the beautiful landscape of south Zakynthos. The area is surrounded by charming olive groves and within 10 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and markets. By car, Airport and Zakynthos town is only 15 minutes away. Villa Polyxeni is a high standard modern villa, with a unique concept of a courtyard with a 20 meter swimming pool and large jacuzzi, lining the kitchen, dining and living areas. A shallow part of the swimming pool includes queen size sun beds facing the sea and creates a perfect place for children to play. The surrounding green trees and plants in the garden enfolds the area making the feeling of a protected, luxurious and relaxing oasis, perfect for just chilling. As a self-catering villa, everything is included that is needed for a perfect stay. Wifi, SmartTV in all bedrooms plus living room, cooling and heating system, all bathrooms equipped with electrical floor heating during colder times of the year, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine are included. BBQ area is just outside the kitchen. Outdoor shower is situated next to the swimming pool. The villa of 350 square meters includes 5 spacious bedrooms with queens beds and ensuite bathrooms. Children's cot and extra beds can be added on request. Shaded double parking next to the villa. All linen and towels for both shower and swimming pool are included and changed every 3rd day of stay. VIP Transfer included from and to airport on arrival and departure date. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - On request for special Parties and Events - An extra security deposit of 300 euros per person for ages between 18 to 25 years old. This amount will be returned at the check-out if no damage or loss has occurred at the property.

This loft at top floor is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful place, in front of the sea, close to the city center. The apartment has an open plan living room and kitchen, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed. The ceiling at the edges is at 1.70. The apartment and the whole building are newly built with elegant and simple decoration in earth colours. Comfort is another characteristic of the accommodation. 2 bedroom villa with private pool next to beach

This bungalow stands alone a 2 minute walk from Kalamaki beach. There are 2 bedrooms 1 with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The living area has a double bed in the 7 seater sofa. New for 2024 is a private pool, 11 metres long with a seated spa area private for bungalow guest's only. As can be seen in the pictures many various seating areas and dining table for outside dining. The pool area is private from onlookers and has a view to the natural areas of Zakynthos.

We stayed at Villa Constantis for a week. The place is charming, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It looks better in reality than in the pictures. Valantis is a friendly host. The place is in a quiet area and close to Kalamaki beach. There are taverns and shops nearby, so our stay was lovely.

Our stay at Sueño was one of the most wonderful experiences we’ve ever had. Daniela was so amazingly wonderful, she was even waiting for us at the door upon our arrival. The home is so beautiful and the location will literally take your breath away. The home was spotlessly clean and a maid service arrived every day of our stay! The refrigerator was stocked with all the essentials and way more! Eggs, wine, breads and snack. They even refilled the espresso pods each day. I have never experienced such a level of care and luxury, even at a five star hotel. Not only will we be back as soon as possible, but I will never stay anywhere else in Zakynthos. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and we were so very sad to leave!

Wow! There is really not much to say about Grannys Cottage, other than WOW. The place was like on the picture and then some. Amazing garden and pool area, and the cottage itself felt like home. Mariangela (the owner and host) was the most amazing host, and was so helpful when it came to everything - local tips, recommendations etc. We travelled with 2 small kids, which she knew, and had prepared a homemade meal when we came in late. She also stacked the fridge with essentials that we needed for the first night and morning. Can't recommend this place enough. If ever in Zakynthos, I will come back! Thank you so, so much for having us :)

We had a wonderful stay! You have so much privacy, just nature and the sea. We recovered so well and enjoyed the view of the sea from the terrace and even from the bed. You fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. We lacked nothing. In a few minutes you can reach some taverns/restaurants by car. The private access to the sea is perfect and the water is wonderfully clear. It was a super relaxing stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

Our host was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed him—24/7! Not only did he provide us with fantastic recommendations for local spots, but he also went above and beyond by spending his free time doing an activity with us. The apartment was spotless, and the property itself was beautiful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying with him if you're looking for a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience!
