Monthly Rentals in Kahalu‘u Pond

Our month-long stay at Shantel & Gen's beautiful home was everything we hoped for and more. As we arrived earlier than the listed check-in timing, Shantel & Gen went out of their way to enable us to have early check-in and we are so grateful for this. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials – including great air conditioning, reliable WiFi and even equipment for the beach! The location is peaceful and safe, offering a true local experience while still being close enough to hiking trails, beaches, shops, and restaurants. It was easy to get to most places by bus! Shantel & Gen were wonderful hosts – always responsive and kind. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great stay. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-equipped Hawaiian home with a welcoming vibe, I highly recommend this spot. Mahalo, Shantel & Gen!

Ana-Maria and Tim, we loved your home and rental and loved getting to know you both. You are such gracious hosts, from the moment you brought the car to us at the airport with the lei greeting, to all the assistance with activities and logistics. Everything in the unit worked well and it was well-appointed, with everything we needed for the month’s stay. Having access to the pickleball courts was such a plus and we were able to introduce family and friends to the game. We really appreciate being in Kaneohe and the Windward side of the island. It's a more exclusive, peaceful, and luxurious location, farther from the crowds of Honolulu. Thank you!

Our family of 5 had an amazing month here! The grounds right on the water were so calming to wake up to and end our day after going out and about exploring the beautiful island of Hawaii. The house itself was very large and very comfortable for all, they had abundance of brand new board games and puzzles which was very thoughtful. Lots of towels and linens which was amazing and having the large washer and dryer was immensely helpful. Working AC units in each room was a huge plus as most places on the island dont even offer AC. Overall, great value, prompt hosts when we needed them for anything. Location was more Iocal which we also loved the difference in experiences from the Waikiki area. Kanoehoe is so lush, quiet and calm. Close by is Kuala ranch and park where we enjoyed feeding the horses that often come out like majestic creatures at 530pm. Grab a lunch plate at coral kingdom and have a picnic there! So beautiful. We hope to come back if we decide to stay in this area again!
