Accommodations were outstanding. Great opportunities to see San Miguel. Provided exceptional taxi service w Mr. Germaine. Uber were readily available as well. Supermarkets were fully stocked, and only a few minutes away. Complex is located in an ultra secure enclosure. Park is close and well maintained. Overall, we would recommend this place highly!

Unfortunately we had unforeseen travel complications and had to change our plans. First we thought we could arrive a day later, then we ended up having to cancel. Edgar was very quick to respond and was very understanding about our situation. He voluntarily offered to refund our stay and followed up to let me know when it was completed. In the middle of a chaotic situation, it was a relief to have something positive happen! Thank you!

It was a very pleasant stay, the host was ready for our arrival. There is good telephone signal reception and it has internet.
