The home was beautiful, very clean, and was well stocked with snacks, coffee and lots of bottled water. The pool was great as well! Alexandra was quick to respond and was very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Such a lovely home with so many amenities!! Very clean with awesome spaces to gather as a family. I have never been a fan of airbnbs, but this home has changed my opinion. Super comfortable and everything we needed...Truly a home away from home. Travis & Kristy were super responsive and helpful. THANK you again having us!!

This house is in a great location and super spacious for a large group. It has good gathering spaces, both inside and out. It was very clean inside. I would have never guessed they will allow pets. The kitchen is sparsely furnished so cooking in was a bit of a challenge. The bedroom with two twins is only separated from the kitchen with a curtain, so noise could be a factor. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, but the deck area needs some sprucing up.

The house was awesome, warm and inviting and the backyard is so peaceful, beautiful and is an amazing place to relax. The master is huge and the showers are amazing. We slept 6 adults and everyone was comfortable. Thank you, we will be back!

We truly enjoyed Andrew’s place. It looked exactly like the photos. He was such a great host. Any questions or concerns we had, he would respond right away. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Andrew’s place is what you are looking for! The scenery was beautiful and the pool was a great bonus for the little ones! We tried fishing but didn’t catch much of anything. Hopefully better luck next time but we will definitely be back again!

We stayed at The Grand Pelican for our daughter's wedding in Jacksonville! I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The house is beautiful, and very comfortable for a large group of people! Kel at Opulent Property Management, was an amazing host, and checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable. My only regret was that we didn't have a lot of time to rest and enjoy the home and its surroundings. You are a few steps from the beach, and a short walk or a quick ride to several great restaurants! Do not hesitate to book this property for a visit to the Jacksonville Beach area, you will not be disappointed!

Our extended family of ten were in Jax for a family funeral. We had more than enough room at Zac’s place. We all loved the pool and the game room and the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. I believe the name of the restaurant we went to was Salt Life? They easily accommodated over 20 of us for dinner and we had wonderful food and service. Zac was great with answering our questions quickly. We accidentally left a piece of luggage at the house and Zac contacted us immediately and we were very grateful that he went out of his way to mail it back to NY for us. A real stand up move! beautiful home! our check in was delayed due to last renter not respecting home. but owner was communicating the entire time. a few things needed attention but it wasn’t the owners fault, he could have canceled stay and fixed all the damage but he didn’t and allowed us to stay. He was fast to respond to all messages and all concern were resolved with no issues. we will definitely be renting again when we come back next year!

Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

The location on this place is perfect. You can tell it was lovingly remodeled. The upstairs is very private from the downstairs with a separate entrance. Two friends or family could easily book this beautiful stay and hang out yet feel very private. Both the kitchens and bathrooms are well stocked. You can’t go wrong by booking this place.

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. The home was very clean and welcoming! Veronica was very responsive. We had an issue with the grill and fire pit. Not only did she immediately respond with detailed instructions, she followed up multiple times to see if they worked. When we let her know they didn’t she immediately had maintenance come fix the issue that was corrected in about 15/20 minutes. She continued to follow up with us to make sure the problem was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly things were handled. We would definitely book with Veronica again!

This was the most perfect Airbnb and worth every penny paid ! The neighborhood was in a perfect location and out of the way. The home had so much space and had everything we needed ! I would absolutely stay again ! Being able to check in at 11 and check out at 1 was the best part. Vaness was such a great host !
