We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

My husband and I stayed here as I had a pre-op appointment at the Mayo Clinic and surgery scheduled for the next morning. This property was within a 15 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Daniel was a great host very prompt with communications and answering questions. The house / apartment / condo is absolutely adorable. Clutter free and cute decor throughout. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient so I didn't have to do laundry once I got home. I was extremely nervous about my surgery as I have never had any kind of surgery before and needed / wanted a place to relax after the pre-op appointment and this place delivered just that. The deck to the beach was a very short walk which was wonderful for us. There is a shower as you are coming/going to the beach on the private property where we stayed at Daniel's place and we utilized it to clean our fishing poles, chairs, shoes, feet, skin so we would not track sand into the house. I highly recommend this property and Daniel!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

This was our second time staying at Heidi’s place and it was even better than we remembered. We felt right at home! The house is the perfect size for the two of us and our little dog. 360 degree views of the gorgeous beach can’t be beat. The home is so thoughtfully decorated and the floor plan is super spacious for this small beach home. We cannot wait to come back again soon. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful place to vacation! Very peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach (easy walk) and close to Vilano Beach Publix/bridge to downtown St. Augustine. Fully stocked on essentials. We had 6 adults and it was very comfortable. Derek was so very responsive and gave great instructions on check-in/check-out procedures. Will definitely consider future stays. Thank you!

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

My husband and I and our two children stayed at Ty’s for a week. When we arrived, the check in process was clearly written and was a smooth process. Ty even brought extra pool floats and games/puzzles for my kiddos which was very kind. There had been a storm the day before we got there so there was a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool. There were not many pool cleaning devices available so I reached out to him- unfortunately the pool cleaning company only comes on Tuesdays. He did provide me instruction on how to use the cleaner but I was not comfortable doing so so we just dealt with the debris. Otherwise, Ty was always promptly responsive. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

My partner and I had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and had so much to do that we didn’t really have to leave if we felt like staying in! The beach was an easy walk and a wagon was provided to haul our beach stuff! Downtown was an easy drive! Would recommend!

Kristie's place was an incredible find for my family and I, we enjoyed the pool so much and also such a thoughtful host to leave snacks for not only the kids but our weenie dog too! Jacksonville Beach is such an awsome place to visit and vacation thank you Kristie for such an accommodating experience. Highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation!

Maya was EXTREMELY responsive, answered all my questions within minutes of sending her a message. The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The outside space was perfect for a family gathering. The pool and ability to dine outdoors and grill out (on a nice clean Weber Grill) was a highlight. The place accomodated our group of 8 perfectly. The living space provided a nice space for game night and eating our meals together. I would highly recommend this place. It was a quick easy walk to a very quiet, pretty beach. We will stay here again.

I have no words to describe how great I felt at Ryan’s house. The place is very cozy and has everything you need to feel even better than at home. The location is excellent—we went to the beach using the bikes available at the property, and it's also within walking distance. The house is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets smelled amazing. Ryan answered my questions promptly and was always very attentive. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

Alissa's place was absolutely perfect location wise and everything else wise. The place is super clean and she has everything you can possible need somewhere JUST ASK and she'll tell you where to find what. The house is really nice and spacious in a lovely neighborhood. Whole foods is close-by and she recommended the bolder bean for coffee and it was so good! I was there with my dad for the mayo clinic and the house was a short drive to cvs whole foods and the mayo clinic.

The home is beautiful and spotless; and just a few minutes drive to the beach! We enjoyed the beautifully curated space with everything you could need for a family vacation. Thanks for everything Ivelina!

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. Thank you & Great Job..

This retreat was great, had all the small touches that make a short term renal great from the clean oversized towels to the mints on the pillows. From a cleanliness perspective this place was the equivalent to staying at a Waldorf Astoria hotel. My now wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding and Lori was more than just responsive, doing multiple things to make our stay special. Thank you Lori.

The Marshside Getaway was a wonderful little spot tucked into an older neighborhood surrounded in old growth Live oaks, pines, and cypresses coated in Spanish moss. The marsh view from the private backyard was full of abundant wildlife of all types. Easy to find and easy to access all parts of Jacksonville and surrounding area. The Hanna park was very large and well kept with tons of wildlife. I would recommend this to anyone and re-book in the future. Our kids asked at one point if we could live there! :)
