Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Jacksonville

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

Great place to stay! Really enjoyed the little house and the neighborhood. Several cool pockets of town with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Adam and Kiki are wonderful hosts. Friendly and fun! The house is stocked with many extras. If you find this gem, rent it!! I will absolutely stay here again.

It was me and wife 2 year Anniversary and we booked Philips place for a 5 day/4 night stay and we were not disappointed. Everything about this house was perfect. The back yard was very nice and private. The home itself is so spacious just makes you feel right at home. Everything we planned to do during our stay was within 30 minutes drive. The beach was literally 12 minutes from the property. A convenient place as it was near or around all the restaurants and shopping facilities. If we are ever in Jacksonville again, we are definitely going to be checking the availability of this property. Great host!!!!! Thanks for accommodating use during our stay…

Great location. Nice and spacious. Felt like home. Only bad thing is the game room was hot. But we opened the doors and it cooled down fast..

Sparkling brand new townhouse. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, stylish decorator touches. Clean, quiet and convenient location to either downtown or the beaches. Hosts were so easy to deal with and fixed one issue immediately. Plan to stay here again next time I am in Jax.

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommended if you aren’t a sensitive sleeper. Pros: ⁃ Thoughtful, responsive, helpful host ⁃ All conveniences of home included. ⁃ Excellent A/C. As cold as we wanted it ⁃ beautiful location with view of the lake ⁃ They let us check out 30 mins late ⁃ We were able to use the grill from the unit next door Cons ⁃ 2 highways nearby, planes flying overhead: 10 mins from the JAX airport. *May only be a problem if you are a sensitive sleeper. One guest had no problem, the other struggled with intermittent truck/motorcycle noise from the highway. It may have been due to Memorial Day traffic ⁃ Lighter for the grill didn’t work. Couldn't find lighter inside house as the host suggested. Used other house’s grill ⁃ Due to humidity/swelling, inside doors can be hard to open/close. ⁃ Lights outside automatically turn on at night. Host might have turned off the lights if we’d asked. If it weren’t for highways, we’d make this our main place to stay in Jacksonville

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

Very clean & nice house . I booked this the last minute and host was very responsive. I will book again if I ever need a place in Jacksonville . Minutes from downtown and not to far of a ride to the beach !

We felt right at home here in this charming home. Everything we needed was here plus more. Julia was very responsive & so nice to talk to. I brought my filtered water pitcher & didn't even need it. The water here is fantastic! Our dogs also loved being able to run & play in the back. The porch & pool area are very relaxing. We would definitely return.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

we really enjoyed our stay here! the location was perfect for what we needed. it is very close to the beach, restaurants, and a walmart is right next door. we had a few issues with the complex such as the gate not working, but the host was very responsive and helped resolve the issue. overall, we would stay here again and we even want to move into the complex now!

This apartment is perfect for a family or group stay. Everything was clean and neat, decorated without being cluttered, and had everything we needed. The location is a short walk to the river or from the shops in San Marco, with easy access to the interstates. Check in and out were effortless and Angie was always very responsive. We are somewhat local, and needed something close to the hospital for family, and this was perfect. We will be back when we need something in the area. Thanks Angie

Joe’s place was absolutely phenomenal. It was close to everything that we needed on this trip and it was close to friends and family. Joe was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Everything at Joe‘s place was top-notch, everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable there. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Entertaining! We called this place a museum of curiosity! Lots of conversations over many of the fun pieces in this place. Ken was a very friendly host! Fun board games and a PacMan machine. There is even a piano! Lots of space in the home and plenty of bedding. All bedrooms are upstairs. Some of the upstairs bedrooms must use the downstairs bathroom as there isn’t one in that end of the house. Charming bathrooms, but getting in and out of the tub/showers could be difficult for an elderly person. Large dining table accommodates all guests. We loved sitting on the cute front porch in the mornings and evenings. Convenient location and great nearby restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Great deal for the money and would recommend!

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget or just want to be in the woods. Everything was clean. Check in and finding everything was easy. 10/10

Alden was so responsive and extremely helpful, he addressed any issue right away and was very kind! The place is a perfect tiny home, has everything you need, surrounded by serenity with woods, sun chairs, a hammock. Yes, I felt safe to walk outside and around the neighborhood and experienced privacy and safety. Lovely inside and out! It’s well thought out. It is on the smaller side, of course, but I did not feel I needed any more space; and I did bring quite a bit for my month stay with enough room to fit it all! Overall, a 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again!

Eddie is super respectful and goes out of his way to help out with whatever you need. I enjoyed my stay and I wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

Esteffany's cabin was the perfect match for me as a single traveler! Simple, quiet, a lot of parking, and - frankly - rather fun to stay in a tiny house for the first time!

Just stopped by for a night on our way to Orlando. The room was cozy, clean, had a small kitchen, and the AC was great.

Amazingly peaceful stay on a beautiful property near the creek. Felt very cozy and secluded. Surrounded by nature, we saw a turkey, fireflies, and bunnies while there. Loved the hot tub, pool and hammocks. Host was very responsive and house was very clean. Definitely would stay again!
