Great location and a great neighborhood. It's a 4 minute walk to the white sand beach (necessary to cross A1A a 35 mph roadway). Minutes to many fantastic restaurants and entertainment venues. You will be welcomed as a local as soon as you arrive.

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area, but it is in the rear of the property and very peaceful. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

Perfect space for your weekend or monthly stay. Conveniently located close to the beach, dining, Mayo Clinic, golf and shopping. Perfect for two people with or without your special pet. We love your dog, but sorry we can't accommodate your kitties. Small kitchen space with coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, top cooker for burgers, grilled cheese, eggs and has a large fridge. A short drive to the beach. 5 minutes max. Easy to bike to, but a little far to walk
