Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jacksonville Beach

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Had a great time. The rental was just what we needed. There were 3 of us and later another guest arrived. We were there for my daughter’s wedding reception in Atlantic Beach but also a beach vacation. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops some within walking distance or just a short car or bike ride away. There were 4 beach cruiser bikes provided to get around. Also some beach gear, chairs a wagon and even beach towels. The beach is across a busier street so you must be very careful when getting across. This rental has a small yard but big enough for what we needed. We brought our dog and she enjoyed the yard. Holden is an excellent host, the first few days of our stay we had a plumbing issue but Holden took care of it right away and the issue was resolved. We loved the neighborhood and took walks daily, sometimes morning and evening. The amenities provided were adequate and and we didn’t run out of the basics. If you ask if we would stay here again our answer is YES

We have stayed here a few times. I visit with my 92 year old boss. The handicap accessibility is fantastic. Carson keeps up with things and recently made some upgrades. The bathrooms could use towel bars, but I have seen that guests are hard on those, so I understand. Looking forward to our next stay there!

This house had everything! W e watched the Koi fish, fine tuned our putting game, and enjoyed the wonderful screen porch while watching TV at night. Very clean and lots of extra amenities for the family+

Mac was a wonderful host, very responsive. He even sent a treat for my son's birthday. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Mac and your assistant for being so accommodating.

The stay was absolutely amazing! The darts were missing or broken but upon messaging the owners they immediately bought more and we were able to enjoy the game! They were always very quick to respond!

Came here for Memorial Day weekend. It was the perfect location for our activities. Loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time out there. Close to a lot of great restaurants and activities

Great place for my parents’ visit … they loved the area and the property itself is great as well! Well equipped for their stay and Danielle is always easy to reach if you have any questions. Close to everything Fleming Island has to offer. Highly recommend!!

Great stay in jacksonville beach area. Half mile walk to the beach and the place was super clean and felt like home. The pool was a great part of the stay as well if you didn't feel like walking to the beach! We will definitely be back our next jacksonville stay!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Brooke was great to work with. My mom had surgery at Mayo and the house was exactly what we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for recovery for a few days. House is extremely clean and organized. The recliners were so great to have. The backyard is beautiful and very private. Enjoyed some time by the pool! Will definitely book again!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Can’t say more amazing things about this place. Our family has come back for the second time and have already made plans to come back. It’s our slice of heaven. Quick drive to the beach and the food and coffee walking distance from the house is so so good! Go to community loaves for fresh sourdough. But honestly you could stay at the house and never leave. Between the perfect pool, playing pool outside, and watching my kids try and catch lizards - this place is so special to us! You won’t regret it!

Derek's home was a beautiful space with great amenities and was very clean. It is probably the cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in quite a while. In addition, the home is very close to the beach and walkable to places to eat and drink. We felt very lucky to have found Derek's listing, and the entire week of staying there passed very quickly. This is a great place if you are looking to stay in the Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra area.

This was the perfect spot for our trip. The condo is very spacious and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. We’ll rent again when back in the area.

We loved the comfortable house, and it was convenient to the beach. Jamie was accommodating and quick to respond to messages.

Daniel’s place was amazing! Its proximity to the beach makes this place well worth it. Just a 5 minute drive to great restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved the fenced in backyard area for our dog and took many walks on the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Can't say enough about our host, Audrey. Very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Plus, the place was exactly what we wanted. It was just my wife and I, so we didn't need lots of room. This was perfect. Clean, great location, and the beach cruisers were an added bonus. We parked our car, and didn't get back in it until we left. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place! So much character...I felt like I was on a tropical island!
