Fresh styling, new appliances. Quick walk to the beach. Security at the entrance of Paris, safe community. If you're looking for a destination that has nice beaches, safe community, and up-to-date interior design, this is a great destination. I suggest bringing supplies for cooking, as at the time we went, local accommodations within walking distance weren't up to standard. There are a couple mini-marts within walking distance. Point being, it's the perfect destination for those looking for the lake, modern accommodations, and looking to grill out at the house.

The house is fully in line with the description and photos - everything is beautiful, convenient and functional. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Anton's place was perfect for my month-long stay. The kitchen was small but contained everything needed to cook. The bedroom-cum-living-room was spacious. The baclony was the real plus of the property - very long, nice wide-opening windows, and good views to the mountains ! Anton was super responsive, the neighbourhood contains a couple of supermarkets, and it's only a short taxi into the centre. Great location for starting hikes / runs, too. Highly recommended !

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.
