Waterfront holiday rentals in Issyk Kul

The unit was exactly as expected. Enough linens and towels for all guests. Owner was always very responsive and helpful with any issues. Everything was clean and modern. Beach access was close. Glad we stayed here. Cafes and little stores are all close and have everything needed for long or short stay.

It's a good place to stay. It's close to Issykkul Lake, so it's good for swimming.

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay

Perfect Lake House. Resort “pansionat” Raduga is one of the best in the Issyk kul lake. And this house is one the most outstanding of all houses. This is a delightful house that is in the middle of everything and yet was so quiet and felt secluded behind beautiful trees and garden. This was a great stay for us doing a long-term Airbnb stay – the house is huge and very spacious. Very well designed and Nuriya was very nice, who showed us everything and treated us a family. House has two incredible designed bathrooms , and kitchen area is amazing and has everything. Honestly, this place was beyond my expectations and one of the best experience in Kyrgyzstan.Thank you!

I was planning to take a bus from Almaty to Bishkek and then a taxi to the accommodation. However, when I tried to call a taxi with Yandex, the taxi fare was so expensive that I remembered the host telling me to tell him if I needed a taxi, so I asked him urgently, and he was happy to help. The bus left me and my group because of the delay in the inspection in Bishkek, and it was 5 am when I arrived at the accommodation by taxi, but he adjusted the time so that I could check in early in advance, and all the family members came out in the early morning to greet me and my group. It felt like I was visiting a distant relative's house.🥰 The accommodation was a 2-story building, but it seemed that we were using the first floor as a whole and the family was living on the second floor. So, when I told them that I needed something, they brought it right away and treated me very kindly. In the yard, there were cute puppies and tiny kittens, and roses were beautifully planted. Even while I and my party were sightseeing outside, he asked us first if we needed anything and was really kind!
