What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

Giuseppina has beautifully renovated her birthplace in typical Umbro style. There are several options, varying from the number of guests who wish to book. We had booked the so-called podere il limonaia ourselves. Perfect for a couple. Everything was there and when she heard that our children were coming to barbecue, suddenly there were more chairs, tables and even a long tablecloth in the garden. This made it a cozy BBQ. The garden and lawn are well maintained with roses, lavender, rosemary, fragrant jasmine, olive trees and a walnut tree. The waste is neatly separated and a code opens the gate. A private parking within the domain ensures you a safe place. You can walk or use the available bicycles to get to the fishing village of San Feliciano. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The house is really nice, attention to detail and very welcoming: you immediately feel at ease. The owner is a lovely person, always kind, helpful and helpful, which made everything even more pleasant. The location is simply fantastic, within walking distance of the lake in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!
